Really good experience from arrival to completion of the procedure, everything was explained and the procedure was painless. The staff are amazing and caring and put you at ease.
The result post operative looks really good and can’t wait to see the finished result once the healing is complete.

All of the Staff were very friendly and Professional. They immediately put me at ease on arrival. They cared and monitored me through out the hole procedure. The after care communication was fantastic. I would highly recommend them.

Great thanks to caj and dr dayah! Great service, great aftercare! Would definitely recommend for all who are considering hair transplants!

hair transplant, I had a phone review of expectation mine and there's was happy with this and price and grafts estimate so went a head .
booked 2 nights hotel stay in London so arrived at Harley street on time next day.
Was greeted by CAJ (good man) filled in some paper work and paid balance , then Dr Zayn came down and looked at my scalp and drew forehead shape and circled crown area needing grafts happy with all this then met the rest of the team helping Dr Zayn all professional and friendly we were about 7 hours together including lunch . I have a few RTA scars at the back of my head so to give that area coverage less grafts were removed from that area I think I'm right in saying that due to this they removed the grafts first to ascertain the number that could be removed with out over harvesting which was 2312 which was close give or take to the figure talked about, then holes made in scalp ready for potting, I stand correct if wrong , a lot is going on .
But to close if your reading this you want a transplant , this team were great I am only day 8 in but happy with how the day went there's no pressure from CAJ the Clinical Consultant so worth

Wasn't a fan of going abroad, so I set my mind on going to a clinic in the UK. I spent almost 3 weeks doing my research before taking the plunge and going for consultations. Dr Dayah's name kept popping up a few times when doing my research, so I decided to have a consultation with Berkeley. The consultation was very honest, which I appreciated. During the consultation, they gave me a tour of the surgical room and everything was top notch. Compared to other clinics, Berkeley ticked all the boxes for me. I obviously picked them and had my procedure done earlier this year. The results exactly what I expected and I have the team at Berkeley to thank for this. I have recommended Berkeley to my brother and a couple of my friends and I'm sure they are all going to have a positive experience.

Start to finish everyone was so helpful, mr Sean who did the consultation was helpful from start to finish explaining the procedures, on the day of the transplant Dr Dayah was very helpful ensuring I was comfortable at all times and most importantly big thanks to Maria and Karen who both carried out the surgery, I would definitely recommend as these guys are professionals in what they do!

5 star team. 5 star clinic. 5 star results. I can't say anymore. Could not be happier with my choice of clinic.

I absolutely have no idea where to start, absolutely amazing and professional service from the moment you walk into the clinic the team are immediately on it and looking forward to help no matter why the inquiry is, I just got my hair transplant done with them and I can’t put into words how amazing and professional they are, throughout my procedure I have felt very looked after, answered all my questions and were very supportive through the whole day, special mention to Caj and Dr Zyan Khaled.

From the moment I walked in Caj looked after me as if I have been a client of theirs for ages, was absolutely eager to help and answered all my questions and gave me the most reassuring feeling that he just not after my money bur rather to provide excellent service,

On the day of the Procedure Dr Zyan came to me in the morning and asked if there’s anything that I am confused about or wether I had any questions, I told him that I was nervous due to this being my first time going through such surgery, he absolutely reassured me with his kind words, and later through the procedure he was very supportive and unexpectedly I felt no pain at all throughout the day, absolutely amazing service would recommend to anyone looking for a trust worthy clinic who are actually providing a 5 stars service rather than just being after your money.

Also a very big shout out to the rest of the team that was in the procedure (unfortunately can’t remember their names) however they were absolutely amazing, supportive and absolutely hands on with procedure, they didn’t rush took their absolute time, double checked everything is fine a 100 times before concluding the procedure.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. This is my second procedure (the first with a different clinic ) and may I say Berkeley was by far the best. The communication and information with Caj was excellent and the day of the procedure could not have gone better. Dr D and his team were incredible . Apart from the initial anaesthetic injections (5 minutes) the procedure was completely painless . I was apprehensive to have a second procedure after the experience of my first but I am so glad I did . They made me feel at ease and fully in control throughout . They are all a credit to their profession . If you are looking for a hair restoration procedure then honestly look no further

I'm very with happy with my results so far, its been 8 months now. My donor region was not the best, my surgeon and advisor advised that going for a large procedure would not be the best idea, I'm glad I listened, my donor looks undetectable that I've had a procedure, even my barbers are suprised by it.

Setting out to find a hair transplant surgery in the UK is a bit of a hit or miss Google search in my experience HOWEVER, Sean at Berkeley Hair clinic in Derby was absolutely fantastic. Dr Dayah was my surgeon along with two others who implanted the follicles and made sure I didn't feel a thing. We even had a break at lunchtime and I had a full meal and drinks all day.
Its now 4 months post surgery and my hair is growing absolutely fantastically. Im super happy with the results so far and im not even 30% in yet.
Id fully recommend Berkeley Hair Clinic to anybody thinking of having a life changing hair transplant like ive had. Top after care as well with promps of dailey updates for the first two weeks or so but ive kept in touch and sent updated pictures to which I always get a tx or phone call reply to say how impressed they are. 10/10

Fantastic experience at the Berkeley Clinic in Derby. I was a little nervous to start but the team soon put me at ease, the procedure was top notch from start to finish. The whole team was very knowledgable on how to create a natural hairline and i cant wait to see the results! I cant recommend Dr Dayah and his team enough and a special shout for Sean who has been great, the aftercare iv recieved has been brilliant.

Amazing experience from the team at Berkeley hair clinic.
First off was the worry of the dreaded injections that Sean soon eased my stress (they really are nothing to worry about) then the procedure was top notch from start to finish very professional throughout, great communication and so much knowledge on how to gain such a natural hair line can’t thank the team enough!! Big shout out to Dr Dayah, Mariya and Karen and also Sean such great team. Lunch was also 10/10 would definitely recommend the pizza 👍👍

I’m not usually one to leave a review. Saying that, Berkeley hair clinic was a fantastic experience. From Deanna's Communication beforehand, to the professionalism of Dr D and the team. Every part of the experience was great. They even let me jam out to my own music on the speakers.
Absolutely would recommend it to anyone!
