I went with want hair 6 months ago as my hair was receding thinning badly I went with want hair and to this day it’s the best money I’ve ever spent ever so happy with my results so far gave me a lot of confidence and to this day after 6 months they still keep in contact as me how the transplant is doing and keeping up to date with transformation 100% recommend to anyone who his suffering hair loss

I cant honestly say my experience with want hair has been great from start to finish, im 12 months post transplant and the results are fantastic not only did i get my hair line back i got my confidence back too , want hair have stayed in contact throughout the process and have helped with any concerns or questions i had , honestly if your thinking about having 1 i can recommend want hair!

After having quite a few consultations with different companies, I decided to go with Want hair.
Want hair and one other stood out head and shoulders above the rest, but Want hair was the one I went with.

I also had a friend who had a transplant with Want hair recently and had very successful results, so this also reassured me.

Matthew was who I had my consultation with and was very patient with me on making a decision, he was also helpful the whole way through the process.
Even 7 weeks on I get a reply if I ask any questions.

I would definitely recommend Want Hair for anyone considering a hair transplant.

I recently underwent a hair transplant at want hair clinic Harley street and I couldn't be happier with the results and overall experience.From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and well-informed. The consultation was thorough, and the surgeon took the time to explain the entire process, including what I could expect before, during, and after the procedure.
The procedure itself went smoothly, and I was amazed at how professional and attentive the entire team was. The clinic was clean, modern, and well-equipped, which immediately put me at ease. The staff were always available to answer any questions I had, both during the procedure and in the weeks following.
The aftercare was just as impressive. I received clear instructions and follow-up care, which helped ensure I was healing properly. It's been 3 weeks now, and I am already noticing the amazing results. My hairline is looking fuller, and I feel more confident than ever!

I’ve yet to take the plunge, but after a really helpful and no pressure chat with Matthew K, I’m almost convinced I will do it this year. Matthew was so helpful and explained all the procedure and also aftercare. Matthew also sent me the full quote and explanation of why they use sapphire blades for the extraction (they are the best).
So 5 stars for Matthew K who was the perfect salesman because there was no pressure!

I had my hair done 2 weeks ago & im absolutely buzzing with the results already with how smooth things have gone. From start to finish stress free & mostly pain free. Mathew has help me the whole way thew & generally couldn’t ask for better service.

I had my hair transplant on 22nd January 2025 at the Kenton Road clinic with Want Hair, and my experience has been deeply disappointing and, at times, quite concerning.
While the WhatsApp communication from the team was generally responsive and polite, this did not reflect what I experienced on the day of the procedure or the outcome I’ve been left with.
The surgery itself felt rushed, disorganised, and far from the professional medical environment I was expecting. One of the most concerning aspects was that only one person appeared to be handling the extraction of grafts, with no clear tracking or counting process. At one point, another staff member came in, said something I didn’t understand, and the atmosphere immediately felt tense. After that, the extraction became noticeably faster and more rushed. I was even told they were short staffed that day, which only added to my concern.
There was also significant pressure to pay for PRP treatment. The doctor who assessed me brought it up at least three times, including in front of the wider team, which felt inappropriate. When I said I couldn’t afford it on the spot, the doctor appeared visibly disappointed, which made me feel uncomfortable during what should have been a patient-focused experience.
The implantation stage was equally worrying. Two assistants worked on either side of my head, but it felt rushed and poorly coordinated. There was little communication between them, and they didn’t seem to be checking each other’s work. This lack of care is now obvious in the result, both sides of my hairline look noticeably different, with poor blending, especially into the left temple.
The environment itself also felt unprofessional. I was eating a quick meal deal lunch on a stool right next to where the surgery was taking place, which didn’t feel appropriate for a medical procedure.
The results are extremely disappointing. The density is poor, the hairline looks sparse and unnatural, and the blending into my existing hair is very inconsistent. Some hairs in my temple area look so out of place that I’ve had to remove them myself. I cannot wear my hair up or style it properly because it looks unnatural, almost like doll hair.
The donor area is also visibly over-harvested in places, despite me explaining I wear my hair short and wanted grafts taken more strategically.
Another serious issue is the complete lack of transparency around graft numbers. To this day, I still have no confirmed graft count, despite being told this would be provided. Given there was no clear counting process, this raises real concerns about how the procedure was managed.
I also raised concerns early on about the hairline being uneven, but these were dismissed. Over time, the issues have only become more noticeable.
At 8 months post-op I expressed how unhappy I was and was told to wait until 12 months. That has now passed, and I have not received the proper follow-up or review that was promised.
Overall, despite polite communication early on, the rushed procedure, pressure to upsell, lack of care and precision, no graft transparency, poor results, and lack of follow-up have left me with serious regret. I genuinely wish I had looked elsewhere before going ahead.
I would STRONGLY urge anyone considering this clinic to think very carefully before proceeding.

I organised my hair transplant with Grant at Want Hair after 7 years of debating! I wish I had done this sooner! I’m just over 14 days post op and the results have been amazing. I opted for the Harley Street Clinic and went for 4500 grafts. The team both pre and post op were there every step of the way and offer really professional support. Would 100% recommend!

I recently had a hair transplant organised through the Wanthair team at their Istanbul clinic, and the entire experience has been exceptional. From the very first point of contact, everything was seamless - organising, booking, payment, and the procedure itself were all handled with real professionalism.

The Wanthair liaison in Istanbul was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. I'm now a couple of weeks post-op and already extremely happy with both the service I received and the early results.

Excellent service from Want Hair. Matthew and Becky were fantastic and were there every step of the way in getting my hair transplant! From taking the first step and getting the courage to contact them, they made me feel at ease and gave me all details and info required and answered any questions immediately.
Post op, they were still on hand making sure everything was satisfactory and checked my progress pictures along side the surgery!

Experience with want hair has been brilliant, I bit the bullet and went for my Hair transplant in London, Jay from want hair super helpful, and the surgeons and team in London were ace. I’m in recovery now, but hair looking thick and good, ready to see the outcome.

I had a very good experience with Want Hair who have helped me a lot throughout the whole process. From the initial enquiry, to sorting out my procedure, and then the ongoing aftercare, I can’t have any complaints. Special mention to Clyde for advising me at the start and getting the ball rolling, he helped make the experience as seamless as possible.
