I had a lipoma removed at Berkshire Grove Hospital three weeks ago, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. From my initial consultation through to the procedure and follow-up, every member of staff was kind, professional, and reassuring.

The surgical team made me feel completely at ease, explaining everything clearly and ensuring I was comfortable throughout. The procedure went smoothly, and my recovery has been excellent. Three weeks on, the wound is healing really well, and I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Thank you to everyone at Berkshire Grove Hospital for your outstanding care and compassion. I would highly recommend the hospital to anyone needing treatment.

Great service. The consultation with Fulvio was informative and honest he advised against some procedures I was interested in as, in his opinion, they would not have enhanced my looks. He listened to my concerns and treated me conservatively which I am very grateful for. The Neogen treatment he suggested was amazing. Maxine administered it, I am a complete baby when it comes to pain but I am pleased to say, for me, there was no pain at all it was a totally comfortable experience. My skin is looking amazing. After spending time at Berkshire Grove Hospital, I left feeling incredibly grateful for the people who work there. Every member of staff I encountered — nurses, doctors, healthcare assistants, and support staff — treated me with patience and respect. They balanced professionalism with genuine warmth, which made the situation much easier to handle.
What stood out most was how consistently they communicated. I never felt left in the dark, and they always made sure I was comfortable and understood what was happening. It’s clear that the team takes pride in their work and truly cares about their patients.

I have had a few different procedures performed by Maxine. I am so delighted with both her and the outcomes. I can’t recommend highly enough!

Feels like you are in a spa/beauticians with beautiful decor and a relaxing atmosphere.
I was very stressed out on arrival for various reasons but not bring able to find it was one of them. I commented on this, as there was no sign on the road or building and the postcode is shared with the business park next door.
Within a few months they have rectified this and it is clearly visible from the road.
The staff were so friendly when I arrived.
Would definitely go there again if needed.

Very expensive

I had the most incredible experience at Berkshire Grove for my breast augmentation surgery with Dr Teo. Start to finish my stay at the hospital was made comfortable and I was extremely well looked after by every member of the team. I could not fault them and I am so so happy with my results! Thanks to everyone who looked after me.

This is a very well oiled team who made every step of my patient journey seamless. The attention to detail is peerless, and this is healthcare without the anxieties of a traditional clinical environment. By far the most comprehensive, diligent and safe clinical experience I have had - and as a surgeon myself I have good insights into such things!

I had an extended tummy tuck with breast lift and reduction at Berkshire Grove Hospital, and the experience has been exceptional. Fulvio is an outstanding surgeon – innovative, passionate, and genuinely invested in his patients and their results. After considering several consultants, the overwhelmingly positive reviews and sense of community around this hospital made my decision easy, and I would have travelled much further if needed. The team strike the perfect balance between warmth and professionalism, with particular thanks to the nursing staff – Arena, Simila and Shauna were wonderful – and Jason, the ward manager, who immediately puts you at ease. I’m only two weeks post-op, but my recovery has been smooth so far, with excellent communication throughout. Fulvio even took the time to message me on a Sunday to advise on compression guidance, which says everything about his level of care. Thoughtful touches like gift bags and flowers just reinforced how valued you feel as a patient. I couldn’t recommend them more.

The whole thing was amazing start to finish

I was happy with the professional approach to the mole mapping. I felt confident that the clinician knew her job well and was helpful in answering any question I had. The results were thorough and reassuring.
The four star review instead of five was because it was very difficult to find the entrance as we were looking for a sign for the Apex Clinic. In fact we needed to look for the hospital entrance.

Staff all very professional but so welcoming , helpful and friendly . Premises are are beautifully decorated and very clean .

Reception told me my Consultant was with a patient. I got a call from Mr Chin’s secretary to ask if I was attending my appointment, and I said I was sitting in Reception. Receptionist unfriendly and didn’t apologise.

My first Neogen treatment was a positive experience. Maxine is so friendly and articulate in explaining what to expect and very reassuring.
I’m actually looking forward to my next treatment and the results it will bring!
