Warm welcome and great environment

I had a tummy tuck , breast lift and implant exchange with fulvio. I couldn’t recommend him and the hospital enough , he makes you feel at ease does a great job and the after care is amazing, the Hospital it’s self is more like a spa and absolutely stunning , the food feels like your in a restaurant and the whole place is spotless and modern. The nurses are amazing I had Maia and she couldn’t do enough was kind and caring and made me feel at ease. My pre op with her every question was answered. Any one thinking about using the Berkshire grove do it! I would never go anywhere else now.

I had a breast procedure at Berkshire Grove Hospital on 3 January 2024 with Mr Fulvio Urso-Baiarda. I could not recommend this hospital, or my surgeon, more highly. From start to finish with this procedure, I felt safe and very well-looked after. The entire team at Berkshire Grove (from the receptionist to the nurses, to the theatre staff, to the surgeons) are brilliant. I was nervous going into my operation, but the anaesthetist and theatre nurse (Fowzia) were both incredibly kind, and they kept me calm and reassured me. The facilities at the hospital cannot be faulted: my room was clean, cosy, and comfortable; the food was tasty and healthy; and I received outstanding care from Maia. Little details, like being given a goodie bag with dry shampoo and throat soothers are a nice touch - it was full of things that you don't realise you need after an operation, and gestures like this show that the staff there are really looking out for you. I did A LOT of research before choosing Berkshire Grove Hospital and Mr Fulvio Urso-Baiarda (I had decided against surgery twice before as I was not 100% happy with the approach of previous clinics / surgeons). For me, Berkshire Grove Hospital was the perfect choice, I think their patient care is outstanding.

I had a full hysterectomy on 11th Jan and just wanted to thank all the hospital staff for making me comfortable, less nervous and generally looking after me during and after the op. There are so many people to mention- Dr Alex Swanton what an amazing surgeon, Dr Ed Toddnan the anaesthetist who made a spinal injection a breeze!!! , Laura the theatre nurse with her gorgeous smile, Christie who is studying to be a nurse for staying with me until I went under , Hilary the legend recovery nurse who put up with my non stop talking , Beth the night nurse , Bonnie the night nurse , Freda the night nurse, Adi the legend day nurse , Leslie the physio for making me walk up the stairs the next day after the op, Stephanie the food assistant, the chef I don’t know his name but thank you for lovely food , . It was a major op and I believe I recovered much quicker because of all this people taking care of me…thank you and I really really appreciate everything you have done for me in those two days. Thank you

I visited Berkshire Grove last evening for their complimentary skin assessment event. What an incredible first impression it was & what a fabulous hospital it is. Set in a beautiful building Berkshire Grove is more like a luxury hotel/ spa with a modern, relaxing & welcoming atmosphere.
The staff were all amazing, knowledgeable and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Berkshire Grove is a game changer, reinventing how we would normally expect a hospital to be and with an extremely experienced team of surgeons.
I was pleasantly surprised and can’t imagine a better environment to have surgery both in terms of the hospital surgical team and the administrative staff.
Wonderful.

I would highly recommend
Berkshire Grove Hospital.
The staff made me feel at easy from my pre-operation through to the day of my operation.
They were all very informative and no question I asked was a bother.
My aftercare after my operation was brilliant.
I didn’t need to take anything into hospital, all toiletries, slippers & dressing gown were supplied.
My husband was allowed to stay in the room whilst I was having my operation.
The room was very clean, inviting with an ensuite.
At my pre-op I was asked what I would like to eat after surgery and I ask for chicken salad, well the salad and dressing were delicious,
5 star standard.
I was booked as a day patient the nurses looked after me and made me comfortable and didn’t rush me/us to leave.
We went home around 10pm, with all medication and a 24hr number if we needed to speak to the team with any concerns after leaving hospital.
My surgeon: Mr Pabari spent time with me explaining the procedure and his work is phenomenal, this is my 4th operation with him.
After loosing over 18 stones
I am happier & healthier at
55 years old than I was at 25!

I cannot recommend this hospital enough!
Everything about it is impeccable, from the rooms to the superb staff. I felt cared for, put at ease and totally supported through out my procedure and it's the best thing I have ever done for myself.
The staff at Eterno were wonderful and understanding and as for Fulvio.... well he is a genius that is super approachable and I'm a very lucky person to have had him as my surgeon!

I only have one regret, why didn't I do this sooner. That said, I am so happy with my results and it's only two weeks down the line.
Amazing place with the best people you could wish for.

From the moment I walked through the door at Berkshire Grove I immediately felt at ease and knew I had chosen the right hospital and team for my surgery.
This beautiful hospital felt more like a luxury spa and the attention to detail was second to none. My ensuite room was beautiful and extremely well appointed with everything I could possibly need for my over night stay. There was a tote bag on my bed containing lots of gorgeous treats for me to keep. The only thing I actually needed to bring was my phone and charger. Literally everything else was supplied. I even had a luxury gown and fluffy slippers. The staff that cared for me were like no other nurses/doctors I had ever met. They made me feel like I was the only person staying there. Such genuine caring and professional people. They couldn’t do enough for me. They even kept me company during the night when I couldn’t sleep, and bought me snacks when I was feeling peckish. Everything was explained to me at every stage of my surgery in a way that I really understood without being condescending. I woke after surgery in no pain, with no sickness or headache at all, which was a first for me. Another bonus for me was the delicious meals I received. Not at all hospital food more like 5 star hotel quality.
I have had 6 surgery’s over the last few years, mostly private and I can honestly say this was by far the best experience of them all. I’m thrilled with my results already even after just two weeks. My surgeon Fulvio, is extremely skilled and such a lovely man. Right from my very first consultation I knew I was in great hands. If I ever need any further surgery I wouldn’t hesitate to return

Everyone at Berkshire Grove was so lovely and made me feel at ease from start to finish. The hospital itself is beautiful, the rooms were lovely and it has a very spa like feel to it. I got given a handy little tote bag (from Eterno360) containing all the things you didn't know you needed for after surgery which was a lovely touch! I even kept my slippers that were given to me as they were so comfy! The nurses were amazing and looked after me well and made sure I was comfortable. My surgeon Fulvio has been great from the consultations to the Op! Very informative and again made me feel at ease. I'm 2 weeks post surgery and already loving the results! If I have any procedures done in the future I will 100% be back!
