We're sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced when trying to use our bikes. We understand how frustrating it can be when a vehicle does not unlock as expected or when you encounter an issue during your journey.

For our latest electronic locking model, the process for ending your journey is as follows:

Lock the front wheel.
Select "End My Ride" in the app.
Check that the journey has ended successfully in the app.
Wait to be invoiced before leaving the vehicle.

If the bay is full and you have hired an electronic locking bike, you can still end your hire through the app. If there are no free stands, or the front lock isn't registering, please follow these steps:

Select "End My Ride".
Select "End ride help".
Select either "Bay is full" or "Can't use front lock", regardless of the issue you are experiencing.
Select "End my ride" to confirm that you want the ride to end. The ride should then end.

If you experience any issues with a vehicle, it is important that you contact us immediately so that we can investigate the issue and provide the appropriate assistance.
