The items were packaged nicely - but not for me. Powder was drying, lipstick looked weird. I asked for a refund, which they processed minus 10 percent and shipping. Told me to keep the stuff. I’ll find someone who would like it.
Last June I bought three lipsticks and with the heat of Phoenix, AZ they arrived melted. I contacted the company and explained my problem and they immediately refunded my money. It was a really pleasant experience and now I will buy again in winter because their products are wonderful and I love them.

The lipsticks are nice for sure. But I had some glitches with the third party delivery service they use, and when I reached out to Besame, I was unable to get human help. Responses to my emails were AI nonsense and nobody answered their phone during business hours. If you order from Besame, know that you will be dealing with bots the whole time, and be ready to do a charge back if needed.
I've purchased many times from Besame (probably close to 20 times in the past 4-5 years) and I will continue to purchase from them. I love the design of their products and though performance is not always impeccable for me, the collector in me is always satisfied.
Their brushes are my absolute favorite: brow brush, liner/mascara brush and lip brush are amazing. Lipsticks are of course a must-try as well; there's a red flattering for everyone in their selection, which is useful when you think of color theory and color analysis.
The one thing that will continue to bring me back to them is their customer service; they were very helpful every occasion I had issues. As a Canadian customer, website, rewards and transit have had a few problems resulting in transaction issues and damaged products at 3-4 occasions. Besame staff made sure to make right by me to correct the issues and were always lovely to chat with, on the phone or online.
