Leider ist mein Paket beim Versanddienstleidern verloren gegangen...

Der Kundenservice hat allerdings sehr schnell, kompetent und ausgesprochen freundlich gehandelt.

I bought the StylPro Wavelength LED Face Mask, and it was faulty from the start - several LED lights don’t work, and the power cuts out every 30 seconds, making it impossible to use.

I contacted customer service in early February and only received one reply from Gabriela at Cosmeterie by niceshops GmbH, saying the issue had been forwarded to the responsible department. That was on February 6th. Since then, I’ve sent multiple follow-ups and heard nothing at all.

The company has completely ignored me for over two months. No resolution, no refund, no replacement. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I won’t be purchasing from this company again.

A special price was shown throughout the purchase, then charged at the original higher amount, and the promotional price disappeared everywhere.

Es l primera vez que compro y la verdad es que creo que no repetiré: no me parece fiable. De 2 productos Què he comprado, tengo la sospecha que ninguno de los 2 es original.
Tenía los originales en casa. Al comparar el original Què el que me han entregado hay varias diferencias, tanti en el etiquetado como en los colores de los materiales del tubo. El otro directamente venía sin ninguna tipo de precintado ni el adhesivo Què Po en en la abertura del bote, cuando es nuevo. Así que dentro. Pueden haber metido cualquier otra cosa.

Folgende Erfahrung, die ich gerne teilen möchte, habe ich mit Cosmeterie gemacht.
Meine Bestellung wurde innerhalb von 2 Tagen geliefert, leider war der Inhalt kaputt.
Eine Mail zu dem Sachverhalt mit einem Foto, wurde umgehend beantwortet, dass der Artikel erneut kostenlos an mich versendet wird.
Neues Paket, schnelle Lieferung und gleicher Schaden am Inhalt, wieder eine Mail mit Foto. Diese wurde auch schnell und nett beantwortet, mit einer Lösung. Die kaputte Ware sollte kostenfrei zurück versandt werden und ein Versandaufkleber kam sofort mit der nächsten Mail bei mir an.
Die Rechnung wurde augenblicklich storniert.
Zusammenfassend: Meine erste Bekanntschaft mit Cosmeterie, war Hindernis reich, aber ich habe einen super schnellen, freundlichen und zufriedenstellenden Kundenservice erlebt. Das Problem war zügig erledigt und ich war sehr begeistert.

I have order a eye cream since the 25 of September 2021..
I have not yet to receive my purchase 😒..

I ordered this eye product the 30'th if august,
I havent recieved anything, neither do I hear anything!!

What is going on??????

If you can deliver, atleast hace the courtesy
To say do and return my € 52,29 to my banc account.
Im not awaiting a total of 4 months, to december to get a product that can be bougt

I worried a little before the purchase because there was no reviews of this online shop on trustpilot - I see that mine will be the first one. I paid with PayPal just in case.
I bought Walden perfume which was on offer. There was no problem with the transaction. It came well packed. I also received a free sample. The perfume itself (See the Moonlight) is fantastic too.
I definitely come back for more shopping.
