Fabulous Customer Service!
Ordered the Soup of the. Month as a present for the grandparents and I could not be happier with how it turned out. Not only is everyone loving the soups but they were so pleased with the quality of care and attention they received when ordering their selections, etc. I myself when placing the order made an error in the form. I received a personal call from the gentleman at BesDamnSoup to ask me if that was what I really wanted to do. He straighten out my error on the phone and then some. He made me feel like there truly are places left who value the importance of customer service and the personal attention to detail that will make people return. And on top of all this the soups are fabulous!!!! A real treat especially for older folks who may not be able to eat sugar procuts that many holiday baskets are filled with. I will be back ordering more for all my relatives! Good job!
