Savory flavor, but not sufficiently hardy.

Placed an order during the busy holiday season, that took some time to get here. I spoke to the owner himself who did his due diligence you got it to me before Christmas day. Avant some doorbuster crackpots and put a bag of soup in each class. It made a cute kissed and everyone loved the idea. Worms suit of opening gifts. I would definitely order again.

The soups we've had have been very good. We still have a few others that are in the freezer to try yet. We have also had soup shipped as gifts and the recipients loved it.

Sent as a gift to my daughters. Both were thrilled to receive the delicious soups and loved the new packaging. Will definitely order again!

Pre-ordered, shipped on my selected date, arrived as expected, I'm very happy.
Great useful gift idea for the "hard to shop for persons who already have everything" let alone surprise.
Bought a wide variety in smaller 1-2 serving size and it is adequate for two with 'Texas toast' or sandwich.
The folks are enjoying which was my Christmas wish :).

Did not hear regarding my order for several weeks. Attempted to call never an answer. Someone finally called with apologies. Had the lobster bisque for Christmas Eve it was awful

Impossible to track your order. Still don't know if Christmas promised delivery made it. This web site needs lots of work. Not sure I will order again even if my gift recipients like the soup. Tried to change password on web site and track order. Still waiting on email to change password.

I ordered on 12/4/15 as a birthday gift for a 12/14/15 birthday. It has still not arrived.

I placed my order hesitantly on December 3rd. I say hesitantly as I had a bad experience last year and never did recieve the order I placed which was for Christmas gifts. Today is December 21st and tell me it will SHIP today. Again, this order is for gifts that I had hoped to get delivered prior to now. I will have to be delivering them at the last minute (IF it even shows up) and we are going out of town. This could not be more inconvenient for me and I feel I gave very adequate order time in hopes of avoiding this very situation. I will not be giving it a third try next year as I have learned my lesson.

Yep one soup for me yet. It will be almost 3 weeks from the time I ordered to the promised arrival time to my home. Sure hope it is good. This is a small business that does not seem to be able to handle large orders. I will give them a chance to make good on their promise that the wait is worth the soup.

I bought several soups to try ( Lobster bisque, Roasted pepper and tomato, Mushroom ) so far they are all GREAT still have the New England Clam chowder to try....... I just had a little trouble getting the order shipped but hey we all have a little trouble from time to time maybe next order will go without incident .... And I will order again

I ordered the lobster bisque and the chili last year after seeing Ed on Fox. I did experience the same long shipping delay back then as I have read on some reviews here. But when my soup arrived, it was amazing! My coworkers raved about it when I brought some in for an office party. I saw Ed again on Fox couple of weeks ago and because the soup was so delicious, I decided to give him another opportunity at earning my business. My soup arrived MUCH faster this time; and it's just as incredible as before! I like the new packaging.....Ed, you have a great product and as you know, I just reordered.

Great Soup fast easy delivery.

We placed our order December of last year, no soup, no refund. There have been numerous promises made, but none kept. They wanted me to dispute the credit card charge because they couldn't track the payments. The have an F rating with the New York Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware, this lesson cost us over $100.

My order was 2349, placed 12/20 of last year. Please give me a call, my customer information is still the same.

The soups, Bisque and chowders are the best I've had. As a repeat customer, I have never been diappointed with anything I've ordered and would highly recommend any of the products!

I've tried several of Bes'Dam Soup(s) and I've always asked myself...."How do these people get it right every time". It's like homemade (actually better than I've ever had at home...better than restaurants too). There is nothing out there that compares....thinking....thinking.....nope....can't remember anything fresher or better tasting. As for tonight....I'm thinking grilled Camembert Brioche sandwich with Bes'Dam Tomato Soup....OMG!!! A Glass of Vermentino Toscana!
