The package was never received
The package was never received. Nobody rang the bell and most probably someone else took it away. Very disappointing, I would have expected proper delivery not just dumping the package where anyone else could grab it.

In your email it says "The package was never delivered and after checking the post office tracking it seems I gave you the wrong address. Would it be possible to re-deliver to the correct address please?"
