Tommee Tippee is an amazing company with fantastic products. We have been using the Perfect Prep® Day & Night machine, and it has made preparing bottles so much easier. When I ran into a small issue with our machine (which has since been discontinued), I reached out to their customer service and was lucky enough to speak with Beverley.
Beverley was absolutely wonderful she was kind, understanding, patient, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to assist me, and her level of customer service truly reflects how much Tommee Tippee values its customers.
It's not just the quality of their products that keeps me coming back, but also the amazing people behind the brand. If you're looking for baby products from a company that genuinely cares about its customers, I couldn't recommend Tommee Tippee more. Choosing Tommee Tippee for your little one is one of the best decisions you can make!

I cannot fault Tommee Tippees customer service. I purchased some pump/storage items without fully researching them first. I didnât realise that I needed adapters for the bags and a flange adapter for the pumps. I was having trouble locating what I needed so I reached out to customer service via chat and they provided me the adapters I needed for free. I was expecting and happy to pay as I purchased the items not realising I needed the extras. They also made chatting with them easy- some companies chatting online is difficult.

I am very disappointed with both Tommee Tippee and Baby Bunting regarding the handling of a faulty Tommee Tippee Supersteam Electric Steam Steriliser.
The unit was purchased from Baby Bunting Hoppers Crossing in July 2024 and was used exactly as intended. It was regularly cleaned, descaled, stored indoors, and very well looked after. After less than two years of use, the steriliser developed an electrical fault and began tripping the safety switch in my home every time it was turned on, making it completely unusable.
When I contacted Tommee Tippee for support, I was asked to provide numerous photos, answer multiple technical questions, and spend considerable time troubleshooting the issue. After all of that, the only resolution offered was a discount code to purchase another product.
I was then advised that because the retailerâs warranty had expired, there was little that could be done, despite Tommee Tippeeâs own warranty information stating that products are covered for two years from the date of purchase.
All other appliances in my home work perfectly fine, and the issue was isolated to this steriliser. The product showed no signs of misuse or damage and had been maintained according to the manufacturerâs recommendations.
This does not reflect the level of customer service I would expect from a brand that promotes itself as âParent Care,â nor the level of support I would expect from a major baby retailer such as Baby Bunting.
Parents deserve better support when a product develops an electrical fault within the advertised warranty period. Based on my experience, I would not recommend either the product or the after-sales service provided.

I can only apologise that you feel unsupported by the process you have been asked to follow after your steriliser developed a fault.
While it is true that we offer two years of warranty, this does only apply to products purchased directly from ourselves.Â
We will however, always try to help parents and caregivers as much as we can with items purchased elsewhere - which is why we carry out an in-depth troubleshooting process to see if there is anything we can do.Â
It is unfortunate that the problem has occurred outside of your warranty with Baby Bunting as well as a timeframe that we could potentially support further.Â
While we are limited in how we can assist, we can see that our Parentcare Specialists has offered you a gesture to try and support you as best as we can, and can only apologise if this didn't meet your expectations.
If there is anything you need in the future, I do hope you will consider reaching out to us again.

Tried swapping the tray water and ensuring it was cool water.
Wouldn't recommend.
Attempted to contact the company as per their reply. Initially spoke with AI, re-explaining the issue. Stated would hand me over to a customer service agent. Hung around for 30 mins, no one came on line. Again, disappointing!

Pacifier packaging
I ordered this specific pacifier in amazon even it took almost 2 weeks to come. I was so disappointed because the packaging is not up to a level for babyâs hygiene. Itâs not fully sealed, it looks like anyone can make use of it or can mishandle the product.
