Been a client of Bespoke Post for several years. Great product line up and and whenever (rarely) I've had issues or needed help from customer service, BP has been extremely responsive - online and via text - they're top notch!
Good recovery after a frustrating start
I had a customer-service issue involving a recent promotion and whether my purchase had been credited correctly. The first round of responses was polite, but frustrating. It felt like the explanation relied too heavily on an automated billing or eligibility result without fully addressing the timing issue that caused the problem. I also had to repeat the concern and ask for escalation before the issue seemed to receive the right level of review.
Once the matter was escalated, the experience improved significantly. A manager took ownership, provided updates, got clarification from the appropriate team, acknowledged that the delay was on Bespoke Post’s end, and confirmed that the promotional entries were accepted. Bespoke Post also added a small account credit, which I appreciated.
The final resolution was fair and restored my confidence in the company. My main suggestion is that billing/promotion edge cases should be escalated sooner, with clearer factual explanations before a customer is told they are ineligible. Overall, I’m giving 4 stars because the final handling was professional and reasonable, even though the path to get there was more difficult than it needed to be.

I had two separate fantastic experiences with customer support.
Last month, I forgot to change the items in my monthly box shipment and didn't want the ones pre-selected. I realized a day late and customer support was able to get the order stopped before it shipped and skip my shipment for the month.
This month, I received my box and one of the items had been damaged in shipping. I sent pictures of the damage to customer support and they were able to send out a replacement order promptly!

Bespoke is the best of the bedt
I’m not sure you can find a better, more customer service oriented company than Bespoke.
They sell quality products and stand behind each one.
Their customer service is above reproach. I have more than a couple times, forgot to cancel my monthly shipment, (yes, you can skip months with no penalty) and customer service has ALWAYS cancelled it for me and refunded my money.
One time the shipment had already been sent, so they obviously couldn’t cancel that one (that is on me not them) , but was kind enough to let me send it back for an exchange.
I highly recommend Bespoke!!!

They understood the need I had to resolve the issue and offered up the right solution. Of course I can also attribute this to the fact that I reached out to them within reasonable time for them to resolve the issue, I believe from past experiences that the team tries hard to help when they can.
