Deen really took the time to understand our business and what we were trying to achieve, and Kris has been brilliant throughout the whole process. Communication has been quick, clear and consistent, and nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, even when we’ve asked for small changes.

What we really appreciated was that they didn’t just agree with everything we said. Kris was honest about where our previous digital presence could be improved and gave us useful advice on how to structure things better. The new website now presents our corporate, student and sport programmes much more clearly and feels far more aligned with where the business is going.

The biggest difference for us, though, is that BespokeWorks have looked beyond just the website. They’ve helped us think about how AI, automation and digital tools can actually be incorporated into the business in a practical way, helping us work smarter, improve our visibility and support future growth.

It genuinely feels like they are interested in the bigger picture and in helping the business develop, rather than just completing a project and moving on.

We asked BespokeWorks to build a bespoke ordering app for our wholesale business, fully linked to Xero. The team had a working version ready for us to test within a week. I placed my first test order and it was very straightforward, and orders now come through to Xero as draft invoices for us to check before sending, exactly how we requested.
Whatever feedback or changes we asked for were actioned by the next morning, sometimes within the hour. They also built us a CRM for our field sales side, with a weekly activity report for each venue. I have checked it all and it is perfect. We are a Birmingham training and coaching company working across corporate teams, universities and sport, and our website had fallen well behind the business. Deen brought us in and put us with his partner Kris, who ran the project. Kris told us plainly what was weak about the old site, which not every agency will do, then rebuilt it around our three audiences so a corporate buyer and a university lead each land somewhere that speaks to them. His communication was the standout. Every request came back quickly, and no edit was ever too small to bother with.
The parts we value most were not in the original brief. BespokeWorks have developed their own back-end tools that scan the UK public-sector contract feeds every morning, and they tuned one to our niche, employability, skills, personal development, coaching and leadership. We now see live opportunities in our sector that we had no realistic way of finding before. They have also taken on the side of the business we were never going to get to ourselves, setting up our Google Business Profile and our listings on the platforms our buyers actually use, and writing and managing our blog so we build organic visibility rather than waiting on referrals. It is early on that side, but it is being run properly and we can see the plan behind it. Bespoke by design, exactly as they promised.
