Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry that what began as a wish to change your products became a frustrating exchange, especially when you’ve been part of Besque for several months.

Currently, we don’t send upcoming subscription payment reminders, and we appreciate your feedback about how helpful that notice would have been - please be assured that this feedback has been shared with the relevant departments. Customers can swap products, skip or delay a delivery, or cancel through logging into your account via our website and heading to the subscription portal, but we recognise that this doesn’t take away your disappointment with this order.

We also understand why our returns policy feels frustrating. Our products don’t have tamper seals, so we cannot reliably verify their condition once delivered. Our no-returns policy is there to protect our customers from the risk of contamination or tampering, and we should have explained this more thoughtfully.

You deserved to feel listened to, and repeating our policy after you wanted to leave the conversation there only added to your frustration. Our Head of Customer Service has now reached out personally by email to address your concerns.

Your feedback matters to us, both in supporting you and in helping us improve how we communicate with our customers.

Thank you for your honest feedback and for giving Melissa five stars for her support. We’re pleased she resolved your cancellation quickly once she had your details, although we’re sorry the process felt difficult beforehand.

Our subscriptions have a minimum commitment of two billing cycles to encourage consistent use and give the products time to show what they can do. Results develop gradually and vary from person to person, rather than appearing overnight. Once those two billing cycles are complete, you can cancel by logging into your account and opening the Subscriptions section.

We appreciate you highlighting where the experience could have been clearer, and we’ll share your lovely feedback with Melissa.
