I ordered golf balls for friends 60th. It took three attempts to get the graphic how I wanted it and I mistakenly put the wrong year on the printed side of the ball after the third attempt My mistake. When I completed the order I never got a confirmation email to allow me to check my work so I tried logging into my account and couldnât get access even though my iPhone had saved the access details. I now have 24 golf balls that say he is 59. This could have been a simple fix.

I looked online for what I wanted and the only place was this company. I had left it to the last min to order not taking into account Xmas. I needed them by a set date and they replied asap and got them made up and out for delivery super fast. This was for my dads 90th birthday and part of the 'party bags' at the golf club 'party' . 100% recommend and best price too!
Well done! I ordered some top quality balls with a company logo on and the print was slightly different to what I had expected. There are 2 types of printing which was explained in more detail.
Daryl was very professional and understanding and the matter was resolved.

2 weeks ago I contacted this company asking if they had a certain item still for sale. The women politely requested that I email them - I have sent 3 emails over the past 10 days asking whether they had Titleist NXT Tour Practice balls in stock. Nothing heard!! So frustrating that nobody can even be bothered to answer my emails. Rubbish customer service = crap company! Waste of time.
One shot removes image!
I bought 4 boxes of balls with various logos added.
Looked good.
But It wears off after one strike! One!
Play a few shots and you are lucky to see where the original image was!
Most of us have used or had personalized balls from various golf courses or sponsors and the image remains after striking and is as durable as the ball brand name and number. These are a very poor quality that doesn't last at all.
I did get a refund for the personalization cost from the company - but I bought 4 dozen balls I perhaps wouldn't have if this issue was known.

Really frustrated, ordered personalised balls with our company logo on. The personalisation washes off after a few shots. I called up and was just told to refer to the website, where it's 'clearly stated' that the personalisation will come off, but it just says 'The print may wear during play', which is not clear. I was then told to buy more (different) balls. Furthermore, I wrote a review on the product page of the website and it says it's waiting for the team to publish it. No resolution was offered and I can't return them. Really hate to leave a bad review, I would prefer to find a resolution.

Fantastic service, very prompt and high quality. I explained to the lady in customer service my personalised driver cover was required for fathers day and it arrived within 2 days. Cannot praise highly enough.
Before you buy personalised balls "semi-permanent" or "fairly durable" please note what Best4Balls.com say "Our personalised service is a semi-permanent print, so it will wear off during play. We would expect the print to last around 9-18 holes...." I really think that they should be more explicit that their interpretation of "fairly durable" means as little as 9-18 holes. I did not expect the earth but fairly durable in this context is an oxymoron.

Ordered some balls as a repeat customer. The text looked different and not as they did the last time and the logo looked like it had been put on upside down compared to the text. They turned up just packaged in a plastic parcel bag. The edges of the box were dented and as a Christmas gift it looked a bit naff. I sent an email to them which got ignored and never replied to. Disappointed with the customer service and wouldnât use them again based on this.

Overall very pleased with the service. I dealt with the contact centre on the phone and Daryl via email and was confident they were dealing with my order. Quality of the branded logo on my Titleist ProV1x balls was good and would order again. I couldn't get my preferred number on the balls but in the grand scheme of things with current supply chain issues, I was pleased to get my order delivered before Christmas!

Excellent service from Daryl! - 12 dozen logo branded balls which look amazing. Despite delivery issues and long lead times proposed from Callaway, Best4balls were very pro-active in expediting delivery and printing for us. Branded logo colours proofs were sent to us for approval and the delivered balls are excellent and identical to our company colours. I strongly recommend Best4balls for printed golf balls.
Absolutely disappointed with the service and quality. I ordered a personalised golf cap and despite me calling and explaining what I wanted and wrote specific instructions with the order. Best4Balls did not read or question the order, they just printed it and sent it out wrong. After 4 weeks of waiting for customer services to follow up on my email, I have not heard anything.
I can confidently say, I would not recommend best4balls, they will not query or give you any customer support.
I cannot express how appalled I am with their professionalism.
Do not use them.

AWFUL. I cannot recommend more that you use anyone else. Got a personalised shirt - instead of the nice logo shown on the picture what arrived was a big white sticker stuck to the armâŠ. Everyone that has seen it has laughed itâs that bad! Not as described and it looks like a child did it. Emailed and they couldnât care less⊠so thatâs why Iâm warning you all
