If you need to utilize their so-called 100% satisfaction guarantee, be prepared to be disappointed.

I ordered two shirts from this company. One was ok though not the quality that was advertised. The other, cheep, treads coming loose, etc. I asked to return. Right off they want a picture of the original packaging and shipping label. I did have these though I would think most people would have trashed them and would be out of luck at this point. After supplying, I was told that I could not return the item but they offered a 10% rebate. They also suggested that since what they sent was such "high quality" I should give them as gifts to a friend. Really.....

They did NOT send my order.. Gave a fake tracking number... Paypal refunded my money after 2 months of bogus tracking & customer service responses...

I did get 3 pleas to let them send my order... SCAM.

First, it took way too long to receive my shoes. Upon checking the tracking of the order, I found it was being shipped from China. When received, they were in a bag, not a box, with some flimsy material separating the shoes. They looked nice but they felt very cheap and did not fit. I contacted them for return info and it took three tries to get a response. Then they wanted photos of the shoes and the shipping label before they would consider a return. Arguing did no good, as I was arguing with a rep in China. I gave up and gave them away.

Zero stars. I wish I had read these reviews first. I kept seeing their cashmere sweater ads on the NY Times website and I finally bit. I received the sweater with no labels on it and obviously not cashmere. I should have known better. NY Times: do you want your webpages associated with fraudsters? It blemishes the reputation of the NY Times online

They do not accept returns.
They do respond to their customer service emails.
No customer service phone.

Same issues as was mentioned by other buyers. No response from customer service as shoes I ordered were flimsy and weak with support. Chinese based company.

Don't waste your money and time with these crooks. The shirt they sent me looks COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than what the pictures showed.

Very DISSATISFIED customer. Product was 4 weeks late. Poor quality, and when
I tried to return the items, they refuse to send me a return label. Emailed their
customer service daily with no response. I assume they are hoping the time frame to return items will expire.
I will never order anything from this company again and warn those who want to to think about this before they order.

Never Got My Shipment

I should have known this was coming from China based on the price, but they hide that. You don't find out that it will be weeks or months for receipt until after you order.

For me, there was an issue with the address and the USPS delivered to the wrong house. The USPS says they got the wrong address from Bestbestones and I actually believe them. Bestbestones says they gave the right address to their shipping liaison and the liaison says they gave the USPS the right address.

Who is right - it does not matter to me because the USPS will not share the address with me nor will they honor the insurance payment, since the say the wrong address was on the package.

Bestbestones says not their fault, so I get nothing.

Do not order from this site - they do not stand behind their promise to deliver. I'm wondering what the quality would be like if I ever got it anyway and was thinking it would be near impossible to return back to China.

Fortunately, I didn't buy much, but when my purchases finally arrived, they bore no resemblance to the advertised products. A jacket that was supposed to be calfskin was 100% polyester and very poor quality. A sweater that should have been cashmere was a cheap, nasty alternative. Rather than sending them back, I took everything to Goodwill.

These sweaters and sweatshirts are advertised in their ads as "all cashmere" in one section and 50% cashmere in another section of the same ad.

Yes, the price seems too good to be true, and it is!!! The product they send you is 100% polyester. And when I contact my credit card company (American Express) to ask them to reverse the payment and investigate Bestbestone's fraudulent advertising, Bestbestone fights it all the way and claims that a full refund will be made only after the merchandise is returned--at the buyer's expense--to China!!! The shipping would be exorbitant!!

American Express initially side with Bestbestone!! Eventually, after I protested vehemently, they reversed the charge.

You don't want to go through what I went through.

DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BESTBESTONE OR ANY OTHE RCOMPANY THAT SELLS THE SAME MERCHANDISE UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME UNLESS YOU WANT POLYESTER RATHER THAN THE CASHMERE THEY ADVERTISE!!

If there was a zero star option I would give it - basically thievery - paid but nothing ever arrived. Some chinaman is sitting on a pile of stolen money. DO NOT BUY

My experience exactly mirrors the other reviews. They sent wrong items, the quality of what they did send was very poor, and they want you to ship it back to China at your own expense. Clearly a scam and clear pattern of behavior.

my order never arrived, i purchased insurance, insurance was not honored, their customer service does not seem to care. simply put... dont trust these folks

They a scam … I thought I would try out with a coupe of their products (money back guarantee) …

The products were terrible.

When I asked to return them … I discovered they a FAKE … Chinese front …

I was given the following instructions:
1. Clear pictures of all items received.
2. A clear photo of the shipping label to confirm if this is the parcel we sent.

I then received this response ;
Our products are all shipped after strict quality inspection. I am sorry that you want a refund because you are not satisfied with the quality of our products. This is an undesirable result for us. In order to bring you a better shopping experience.
We are willing to provide you with two solutions to solve this problem:
1. We support return service, but you need to pay the shipping fee yourself. After we receive the package you send back, we will refund you in full.
2. If you are unwilling to pay for the shipping yourself, we are willing to refund you 20% as compensation and recommend that you keep the package.

So money back is at your expense to ship it back to CHINA!!!

I got the product fine, but when the shoes broke, they offered to refund me 10% for my trouble instead of replacing my shoes. They moved up to 100% over a couple of weeks but that never showed up, I believe they were just playing a game with me. I would never buy a product from them.

Sounds like a terrible company.

It is certainly a scam. I never received the product. The tracking number they provided is fictitious. I sent email to their service department and didn't get a response. Don't fall for this scammer as I did.

The product did not match the advertised picture. I tried to return if for credit. they fight you every step of the way. You must pay the shipping cost back to China for full credit.
