I've been in a bad way trying to handle the affairs for my father's estate, which for some reason still requires a ton of faxing. I found BestFax, and I couldn't believe how easy it was to use. I got everything done in a few minutes and it all went great. I will definitely be using this service again.

I rarely go out of my way to leave a good review, but in this case I felt compelled. I needed to send a fax urgently today (ugh, taxes). I found Best Fax on Google and decided to give it a try, seemed like the cheapest option. Efax was like $50 per month, insane. Anyway, I was having a bit of an issue with my document formatting so I reach out to their support. A guy by the name of Ted personally helped me get the fax out and confirmed that it was delivered. It was such a great experience. They didn't ask me to leave a review or anything, but I am anyway!

I want to share my recent experience with BestFax so others know what to expect. I was charged $10 for a subscription I did not knowingly enroll in, and the website did not provide any visible customer support contact information at the time. I had to contact Stripe directly to obtain BestFax’s support email, phone number, and mailing address.

Once I reached their support team, they did agree to issue a refund, which they said would be processed within a few hours. I appreciate that resolution, but the lack of accessible support and the unexpected subscription charge created unnecessary inconvenience.
