I wish I could say it helped my dog, but it didn't and she really didn't like the taste of them, but would take it after pleading with her.
When I ordered them, I order for one shipment. But they put me on monthly shipment. However, I will say for them, they called me back and was happy to take me off of repeat orders and that I can return for a refund at my expense.

I paid for 2 orders and have yet to receive anything.

Easy to order what I wanted. Fast service

Ease of ordering, quick delivery.

Product was great. USPS not so. Package came partially open.

Too many emails. Upon placing an order, before I even received it or had a chance to see if it helped my pets, I was inundated with emails to order more product. I have not seen any improvement yet, they have only had 4 doses.

Website was challenging. Towards the end, the site kept trying to convince me to buy a larger amount of the product. It took multiple clicks to finally end the transaction. Frustrating.

I have never received my order even tho it says delivered I’ve requested my money back haven’t heard about that yet. Next step is to dispute it on my cc

I asked to cancel since I did not know this was a subscription thing. My dog does not like this product so I contacted you after first shipment and you still send it out. I will contact my credit card to notify them. I'm very upset about this situation. Linda Cwiekalo

Max loved the taste of the Boost Bites. Unfortunately they did not help his itching after being on them for three months.

My dog loves the coat and skin supplement. Still on our first jar so not sure if it’s working yet.

I have yet to see my order however my payment was taken

Update 3/2 my order arrived and so far my dogs are digesting it and don’t mind the taste. I am very hopeful

PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED.........ITS HELD UP AT THE NORTH HOUSTON TRANSFER MAIL RELAY.......CALL THEM AND ASK THEM WHY YOUR PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN PICKED UP BY .....USPS

Great product easy to order, ships fast, good deal

I had some extra from the first order so when he would start flopping his ears around I would give him a couple extra and he would stop in about 20 minutes. Works great!!!

Customer service was wonderful, I had a complication with delivery. It said my package was delivered but I did not receive it. Contacted customer service and they resubmitted my order and changed my next shipping date.

I made a "one time order" of 3 jars for three months supply to see if it would help my dog. They changed my account to subscription and have been sending 3 jars a month for the last two months and charging my bank account. They claim you can click a tab on their site to manage your subscription (the tab doesn't exist) they have a link on the order page to manage your subscription you click on it and it goes nowhere. This nothing more than theft this company has no integrity. They removed my review and are blocking me from entering my account but they are still sending the product.
