Purchased a WeiderPro Power Rack that fits in the corner of the room. Plenty of ceiling height for pull-ups. Also purchased the UB60 utilty bench.
The order was shipped to me. Took a couple of weeks, but worth the wait. Delivery arrived on time and items were in order and well-packaged.
I have the perfect home gym set up now.

No problem here!

I was sent the wrong one but after contacting the company they were very efficient in replacing it. Would definitely recommend this company. The ball is a Christmas present for my grandson.

Brilliant Customer Service nothing is too much, answers all questions delivers on time and sells really good quality gyms, cannot recommend highly enough, the BL1 Bodylift Gym is what my husband bought and he loves it. This gym does exactly what a bigger gym would do but takes up a lot less space. Brilliant new concept in my opinion it is safer, easier to assemble and no complicated weight changes what is not to like. Just head over to there site and type in BL1 Multi Gym see what it can do.

I purchased the lateral triceps bar and after the few weeks I noticed a big improvement in the triceps , the equipment is solid and made of good quality and their customer service 👍 eoin slattery

we purchased a British edition water rower from them a few weeks ago on finance,this was over £1097, we asked them to price match it as it clearly stated they did this with reputable links, we attached a john lewis link and an official water rower link showing that the prices were £100 cheaper at these 2 retailers, we also asked them not to send the product until they verified this was honoured, we did not get a sresponce for a couple of days, and the rower was sent before a response was given. best gyms response was we should be grateful we had 0% finance and a 5% summer promo discount applied as i should not have been allowed the 5% discount promo offer on finance options, even though the website states otherwise and at checkout the promo code was accepted. they also said that they were not prepared to honour this price promise, they said that it had to be disputed at checkout according to their terms and conditions, so on re emailing i showed them screen shots of said terms and conditions that clearly stated they would REFUND the price difference, "refund" which means "after sale" . it also stated A £25 GIFT CARD INCLUDED with the refunded difference, I said that they can not use that we were give 0% finance as if it was a special offer or gift in this purchase as what happens for people under the age of 18 or with poor credit, thats not something they can control or take into consideration when selling goods and is ludicrous to say. I said they need to uphold what they are advertising as it is mis selling their products under the miselling of goods act, Richard decided to ignore our last email, im now awaiting response from the financial conduct authority on the miselling of goods that this company think they can get away with. please don't waste your time or money on this place, go to the reputable companies who sell things cheaper and transparently with good customer service. this company is none of those things it is dispicable. if i could give them zero stars I would.

Very helpful i spoke with Darren and Richard spent about £50 but they look after me as if i was spending 000's highly recommended!!!

An update from previous review I am now VERY happy to be able to amend to 5 stars!!!
I got a phone call and email from Richard explaining what had happened - the company website crashed for a while, which unfortunately when I was attempting to get hold of them.
Richard left a very friendly and polite message on my answer phone and again a very nice email explaining. I also got a call from the company who where going to deliver the piece of equipment.
I have now received the piece of equipment which I am very happy with, the delivery was made with no fuss, very polite and friendly, put it exactly where I wanted and explained safety features.
I would be most happy to recommend this company - issue wasn't them but the website - this happens, so NO ISSUES AND THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY RESPONSE

Poor communications. They take all money up front for items it says are in stock. 1 week later I query where it is and am told that it will arrive to them the following week. Also bought weight for dumbbell which was quite pricey and was actually a single weight, when they are usually sold in pairs. I still dont know when the item will arrive to them or how long shipping will take. I came to look at other review as I felt they may just be a front company.

The customer service that I have received from both Richard and Darren has been brilliant. I had a few questions about my order and they have been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Best Gym Equipment.

Took a long time for the order to arrive. For some reason there were two instalments. The training mat was not in pristine condition but is usable.

Very helpful. There was a problem with a change in the model I ordered. Best Gym made real efforts to sort it out (and succeeded). Not just a website with atuomated responses.

I haven’t received my item and the company are not replying to my emails with the tracking information.

Placed order on 24th December, received a confirmation email but no delivery information other than a link which went to the company home page. Call customer services today to find out when I could expect the delivery, but person could not access system until office opens on 4th January. Should probably have waited to send me an email to ask for my feedback until you have at least confirmed may I may expect delivery.

Before ordering I had a few questions which Richard responded to very quickly, and was very helpful!

I received the weight set a few days after ordering and everything is in perfect condition and great! I was worried that the delivery might be delayed due to the time of year but I was very pleasantly surprised!

I'll certainly be back for further equipment!

I needed professional equipment for a start up Pre&Postnatal studio and I found Best Gyms to be very competitively priced with a varied selection to choose from. From the moment I logged on I received first-class service from Richard, who had a very happy disposition about him and was knowledgable about the equipment and steered me in the right direction, which also helped me to save, which is always a good thing.

There was a slight hiccup with one of the deliveries but Darren, in charge of logistics, listen intently to me and by the next day the problem was sorted. So it wasn't just a question of 'we have your money, now it's your problem' they really did offer high quality service.

Well done Best Gym, looking forward to using your equipment both on a professional and personal basis. Sue Prosser (Kent)
