Thank you for your feedback, we’re really sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t met expectations.
In terms of the band length, our resistance system is designed to be adjustable and suitable for a wide range of heights and exercises when used as demonstrated within our guides and app. If something doesn’t feel quite right, our team is always happy to provide tailored setup support to help you get the most out of your kit.
Regarding the app, access to the core functionality and a wide range of workouts is included, with optional premium content available for those who wish to enhance their experience further. There is absolutely no requirement to purchase an additional subscription to use the product effectively.
With respect to returns, as outlined in our policy, we’re unable to accept used items for hygiene and safety reasons. However, this does not affect your statutory rights, and we’re always here to review individual cases where there may be a genuine fault or issue.
We’re also disappointed to hear your comments about customer service, as this is not the standard we aim to deliver. If you’d be open to it, we’d really appreciate the opportunity to review your case further and provide a more positive resolution.

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We’d like to clarify that the item you received was exactly as described in the product listing at the time of purchase, including the written description which outlines what is included in the set.
We understand your comments regarding the images, and as a result of this feedback, we have since updated them to ensure even greater clarity for future customers. However, this does not change the fact that the product delivered matched the specification of the order placed.
We’re unable to provide additional items free of charge where they were not included in the original purchase, but we did offer guidance on how these could be purchased separately if required.
We always aim to be as clear and transparent as possible, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue to improve.

Our resistance bands are designed and tested to withstand regular workouts when used in accordance with the guidance provided in our workout videos and safety instructions. While bands can wear over time depending on usage, they certainly shouldn’t be failing unexpectedly within such a short period, so we’d really like to look into this further for you.
