Overall, excellent service. Good support options, responsive to queries around product before and after purchase. I changed my mind on the valves for 2 radiators after ordering but before dispatch. Contacted BestHeating and they had no issue fully cancelling and crediting the order in the first instance. I could then proceed with a new order, which I did. Product arrived exactly when it was supposed to. Note: we assumed that the UK fitting would work with RoI pipework but that is not the case and having to work around same however that is not a BestHeating issue per se.

Best Heating Ireland have the best customer service that i have encountered in the longest time. The fact that i never tend to leave reviews speaks volumes, and Alex and Karen specifically could not have been more helpful and are a credit to the company.

I bought the Milano Aruba radiator from this company and it is gorgeous.
A total pleasure from start to finish with this company,and highly recommended.
It's always daunting buying online, especially with the prospect of possibly of having to return(which is what I had to do with a couple of accessories, but only because they were ordered in error) but don't worry, their customer service dept is fantastic. Thanks again!
