Excellent service and very good quality…
Excellent service and very good quality rads. Arrived within 10 days. Only fault to pick was with the delivery as the valves came in a separate box on the following day. Probably fed ex issue not theirs.

Selling products with obsolete software
Bought a very expensive radiator from Best Heating with bluetooth panel only to realise that the company ECOSO had not updated their Andriod app and it could only operate on phones with older version. I have an Samsung Galaxy S23, hardly a new device. Customer Service were no help and even told me ECOSO updated their app when they did not. They are selling products with obsolete software and for the price paid, I expected a better product and service.

The radiators were top class
The radiators were top class, but the delivery of the radiators was very bad on 3 consecutive days I got a text to say they would be delivered and then cancelled, eventually I had to go and collect them.
I know this was not the fault of best heating it was the couriers fault

The delivery date selection option…
The delivery date selection option didn't work; on the scheduled day, we received an email stating the date had changed, but the subsequent email didn't specify a precise date, so we had to pick up the radiators from the warehouse ourselves to make it in time for the scheduled installation.

Highly Recommend
Overall, excellent service. Good support options, responsive to queries around product before and after purchase. I changed my mind on the valves for 2 radiators after ordering but before dispatch. Contacted BestHeating and they had no issue fully cancelling and crediting the order in the first instance. I could then proceed with a new order, which I did. Product arrived exactly when it was supposed to. Note: we assumed that the UK fitting would work with RoI pipework but that is not the case and having to work around same however that is not a BestHeating issue per se.
