The company are saying i can return the items but at my own cost even though its been completely mis-sold. They have now stopped responding to my emails. Applied as directed, left 30 minutes and apart from loosening a tiny amount of burnt on grease it did NOTHING. I reapplied 3 times with the same end result, absolute RUBBISH. I ended up with old faithful BRILLO and elbow grease, which is WHY I BOUGHT THIS, IT WAS TO SAVE ME THE EFFORT. £17.00 what a RIP OFF. Expensive for what it is, didnât work any differently to mr muscle but is twice the price. Disappointed overall, it lifted some surface grease from my oven door but the really baked in stuff it hasnât touched even after going over it four times. Wouldnât buy again and wish Iâd have saved my money instead of falling for the adverts that show baked on dirt being lifted straight off.

Used the Profoam carpet cleaner following the instructions to the letter. It made no difference other than leaving a mark around the original stain - so it looks worse.
