Although I received the wrong order, the customer service was excellent which is why I have given them 5 stars. The company responded to my email very quickly, sent the correct item immediately and I received it within 2 days. They also kept in touch to make sure it had arrived. Very impressed with the oven foam cleaner. Cleaned almost all really burnt on grease from my airfryer oven. Only suggestion is wear gloves when using.
