Buena atención al cliente por parte de KAI

Man bekommt eine E-Mail mit einem "Geburtstagsgeschenk", in meinem Fall etwas von der Firma Rituals. Wenn man das Geschenk haben will, dann muss man 2 EUR zahlen. Dadurch schließt man aber ein Abo ab das mehr als 50 EUR für 2 Wochen kostet.
Mir ist mein Fehler erst aufgefallen, als ich schon auf "Kaufen" geklickt habe. Ich habe sofort dem Kundendienst geschrieben, dass ich sofort vom Kauf zurücktreten will.

Die antworten dann, dass das "eigentlich" nicht geht, weil in den AGB steht, dass man das erst nach 2 Wochen darf. Aber für mich machen sie eine Ausnahme... aber nur, wenn ich hier auf dieser Seite ein positives Review verfasse. Ich muss 4-5 Sterne geben und explizit den guten Kundenservice loben. Davon muss ich einen Screenshot machen und denen schicken. Erst dann "akzeptieren sie meine Kündigung" und erstatten mir das Geld zurück.

Take a moment to reflect on all the positive reviews regarding a refund process and then ask yourself, why all these refunds in the first place?

Then look at scam detector website and check their assessment of this website

I fully concur with all the negative reviews here. I too was scammed out of money without my knowledge and their support promised me a refund by exception only if I submitted a favourable Trustpilot review!

They told me what to say and how to evidence it back to them!!

Their "VIP" membership relates to a limited stationery website with standard offerings (not designer) at inflated prices on bulk buy options only!

Outwith a business, who needs 20+ marker pens in one purchase?

I thought I was signing up to a loyalty scheme for something completely different, but during the process, must have inadvertently clicked on something as I then received a notification that my 1 Euro payment to bestpaperclip.com was successful

I knew this was dodgy but what saved me was that I had used a temporary virtual card so it no longer existed and I asked the bank to refund the charge

Just as well as 3 days later, I received a welcome email that my trial had concluded and having viewed my usage patterns (I had no activity to date!) they decided to upgrade me to their VIP package which has a recurring charge of 21Euros per fortnight!

I tried to cancel but got an error that I could not change anything within the first 24 hours! Support then came back to me and said I had started a 2 week cancellation period that day! I then got several more messages saying the same, thus continuing to push my end date out even further, and remember folks, it is all chargeable until you leave!!

When I complained further I got the semi-apologetic response re leaving a favourable trustpilot review, which was word for word identical to the others you will see posted here!

So in short, stay away and if you ever see a random charge appear, action it right away as after 3 days, they lock you into a recurring repayment scheme!

The service I received from Kurt was above and beyond the call of duty. I requested a refund as I had not signed up for the monthly subscription or was unaware that I had. The resolution was quick and professional being courteous at all times and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.

Achtung Betrug. Die haben einfach Geld von meinem Konto abgebucht. Ich wollte nur mein Geburtstagsgeschenk von Rituals kaufen und zack, habe ich jetzt 2 Abos am Hals. Die nächsten Abbuchung sind schon vorgemerkt. Gehe morgen zur Polizei und erstatte Anzeige und rufe bei meiner Bank an und versuche mein Geld wieder zu bekommen. Toll dass Wochenende ist. So etwas ist mir noch nie passiert und diese Email von Rituals sah richtig echt aus.
