While the initial service was cheap and easy a month later I was charged $39.99 for a monthly subscription I did not know I was signing up for. I reached out to the support team requesting a subscription cancelation and a refund for the service I had no use for. They canceled my subscription but refused to refund the $39.99 surprise subscription fee. I would not use them again and suggest if you decide to use them for a one time issue make absolutely sure you're not signing up for an expensive monthly service. I feel misled and tricked.

I never used this service and they started charging me $39 a month with no consent.

Just got robbed by best ever pdf.com of €39.95. Complete scam. They somehow subscribed me for a monthly payment through PayPal. So im very disappointed with PayPal. Cancelled both. Didn't get refunded.

They sold me a pdf for 95p (fair enough) then tried to charge a £40 a month subscription which they claim i signed up to . Avoid them.

Big scammers karma must hit them complained to their customer care and they are a bunch of crooks and thiefs hopefully they shut down and people don’t get affected by their nonsense

Scam! Don't confuse this company with best-pdf.com. This one is totally bogus.
I paid them to edit one pdf document costing £0.95. I signed up to nothing. It was only when checked PayPal for something unrelated I saw they were taking £40 per month for subscription I never signed up to!
The AI bots talk little sense when you try to get a refund or delete your data. I spent hours trying to chase this and eventually got a refund from PayPal. I'm worried that they will come back again next month. How they get away with this fraud is beyond me.

it is definitely scam , it took more than 100 pound from me, hidden subscription , such a disgrace for them, we should report it and even to legal case.

I chose this PDF site because it said it was absolutely free and there was no subscription—nothing. I uploaded my PDF to their site, but in order for me to actually get it, they surprisingly requested various payment options. Because I wanted my document, I chose the first option, which was $1.45.

The next day, my bank called me and asked if I had used this site and if I had authorized payments of $1.45 and $69. I told my bank that I did authorize the $1.45 charge, even though the site claimed to be absolutely free. My bank informed me that this is a scam and they refused to let the money go through.

What was ironic is that immediately after I paid the $1.45, I was required to provide a review of the company. I wrote an excellent one, unaware that they were going to try to take more money from me despite advertising the service as 100% free.

Yep, it's a scam.
They won't cancel the billing at the end of the trial period, even if you actually did unsubscribe.
Make A LOT of screenshots to prove you're right, or just use other more reliable services

This site is a scam site, and takes money randomly from your account, so much so that even the bank recognises it’s a known fraudulent service. If you have been done, contact your bank for help.

Support doesn’t help, just refers to policies, that have no legal standing I might add. KEEP AWAY

Total scam. I canceled it before the "free" week was over, received a confirmation of the cancellation, then 2 weeks later was charged $40 for a month. Contacted support, which is essentially an AI bot taught to offer you 2 years free. When you decline, you are told their terms and conditions say online orders can't be canceled. I eventually got my credit card to refund the payment, but it's better to stay away entirely.

Do not use this company at all - complete con and they steal your money through deceptive pricing

Scam. Bestpdf.com not only fraudently debited my account for a subscription I did not authorise, but tried to get me to give them my full card number again.
