Bestprice レビュー

Over a month ago, my wife and I purchased a fridge, and to date, we have not received any response from this so-called company. We have tried to contact them countless times through all of their supposed customer service channels.

The telephone numbers provided divert calls, and others are simply disconnected. They do not respond to emails, and the physical address provided is apparently false.

Unfortunately, everything indicates that we have been victims of fraud and, given the high value of the product, we have had to resort to a law firm to analyse the case and file complaints with the competent courts to prosecute these criminals. Through some internet portals, we have contacted other victims to file class action lawsuits in the appropriate courts. If you have also been scammed by this company, please do not hesitate to contact me.

I was a bit sceptical at first considering the very short reviews on the website bestprice.pt but my experience was very good.

I ordered a pan set from Silampos with bestprice and they were extremely fast and very responsive via phone through the hole process. I placed and payed for my order on a Friday, and by Tuesday I was receiving it at home (within PT).
Overall great experience! Would buy from them again.

This company appears with very low prices but in reality I was 21 days waiting for my equipment that I ended up giving up. The phone never answers because it is turned off. I ended up asking for my money back which they sent in 6 days. I'll never buy anything here again ...

Just purchased a fridge, I call them and nobody answers the phone. Ever. I am worried.
