Kris was incredible, I finally was able to get my new roof and most importantly it lowered my insurance and in all transparency it was super affordable and was very Pleasant to work with!!

Run do not walk this “ company “is the definition of SCAM artist.
They will say anything to get your signature on their bogus contract then lie when it’s time to pay.
This is a disgusting criminal enterprise
I was told the price was locked in then later had major items left off my replacement and told I owed much more even though I had agreed otherwise.
They put a lein on my house by a bogus lawyer when I asked why they changed the deal the said “ read the contract”
It states in fine print “ no verbal agreements are honored.
These are typical low life creeps and con men.
RUN!!!

We hired Coastline Builders for window installation at our home in West Palm Beach and it has been a very frustrating experience. The job is still not finished, and we are being pressured to pay about $7,000 more to complete it. They’re saying the extra money is to get the installation “up to code”—but installing windows to code is what a contractor is supposed to do as part of the job, not something you spring on the customer after work has already started.

There have also been workmanship issues. Some windows appear to have been measured incorrectly, multiple screens do not match the windows, and there are visible gaps in the wood/trim around the window areas. On top of that, different workers show up and each one says the previous person did something wrong, so there’s no consistency or accountability.

Communication has been extremely difficult—no one on site speaks English well enough to clearly explain what is incomplete, what is being corrected, or why we’re being charged more.

5 star service being a Davie cop I highly recommend!
