Meine Bestellung kam heute (7.4.26) an. Bestellt wurde am 16.3.26. VersandbestÀtigung gleich am nÀchsten Tag. 17.3.26.
Es hat nun 20 Tage gedauert, bis das Paket bei mir eingetroffen ist, was eine super Leistung ist fÃŒr eine internationales Paket. Ganz aus China, ÃŒber Niederlande, nach Deutschland.
Ware war super verpackt und alles ist dabei, das Produkt wird erst noch getestet. Aber im groÃen und ganzen finde ich es mehr als super, das der Versand doch so schnell und unkompliziert ablief.
Ich konnte zu jeden Moment meine Bestellung verfolgen und wissen, wo sie grad ist. Auch dort gab es keine Probleme und es wurde durch ein FAQ auch gut durchsichtbar, wann genau das paket bei mir eintreffen kann.
Eine weitere Bestellung wÌrde ich sofort wieder dort tÀtigen, da es keine negativen Punkte gibt. Versanddauer ganz normal fÌr ein paket aus China.

Fast orders without issues
I'm a bit surprised with the reviews here, I did place already two orders without issues - One of them was for a drone with batteries and note that that same day I place an order with Skyzone for goggles (no batteries), and I got the drone a month before the goggles. Everything in perfect condition. I did write while waiting and got a quick response with some more details about shipping - not that I needed any further support, so I can't comment on that, but the orders were complete, without issue and relatively quick (for something coming all the way from China that is).
Shady company
Received one of their drones on Friday, march 13th. No image to the goggles. Antony said sounds like the dji 04 air unit needs replaced, so I ordered an air unit. He asked for the order number, and nothing since. So I spent $200 on a drone, then had to spend $170 on a new air unit, then the company just stops responding. On a drone that showed up DOA.

Ordine #191092 del 01/01/2026 (circa â¬42). Ho acquistato un controller BETAFPV che purtroppo Ú arrivato già difettoso: fin dal primo utilizzo il joystick sinistro dava problemi e dopo poco il radiocomando ha smesso completamente di rispondere. In termini tecnici: DOA (Dead On Arrival).
Riporto la cronologia precisa perché credo sia importante per chi sta pensando di acquistare da loro.

â¡ïž 12/02/2026 â Cambio totale di direzione: nuova email con istruzioni rigide per restituire il prodotto in Spagna, richiesta di foto dettagliate, tracking obbligatorio e soprattutto spedizione a carico mio, con urgenza âASAP in 2 daysâ.
Dal punto di vista etico, mi aspettavo che un prodotto arrivato difettoso venisse sostituito senza trasformare la procedura in un percorso a ostacoli. Psicologicamente la comunicazione dà lâimpressione di una strategia precisa: molte verifiche ripetute, responsabilità spostata sul cliente (PC, cavi, CPU AMD/Intel), cambi di linea improvvisi e scadenze strette per mettere pressione.
Legalmente non entro nei dettagli, ma per un prodotto non funzionante fin dallâinizio mi sarei aspettato una gestione senza costi aggiuntivi per il consumatore. Invece mi Ú stato chiesto di sostenere io la spedizione dopo che il difetto era stato riconosciuto.
Ad oggi, dopo il mio rifiuto di inviare il prodotto a mie spese, non ho avuto più notizie!
Conclusione personale: non consiglio acquisti diretti dal sito BETAFPV. Il problema non Ú solo il controller difettoso, ma unâassistenza che sembra più orientata a rallentare e scoraggiare che a risolvere davvero.

J'ai commandé un PAVO 20 Pro O4 Pro et deux batteries, je l'ai reçu au bout d'un mois avec un suivi un peu compliqué, mais le drone est en super état, il est parfait et bien moins chÚre que chez les revendeurs français.
J'était stressé de ne pas voir le suivi avancer, je leur ai envoyé un mail, il m'ont répondu rapidement avec un site spécial pour le suivi.

Ich schreibe sehr selten Bewertungen, aber in diesem Fall möchte ich unbedingt meine Erfahrungen teilen. Ich wollte direkt bei BetaFPV bestellen, weil deren Drohnen dort gÃŒnstiger sind, als ÃŒberall anderes (auch gÃŒnstiger als bei AliExpress und Banggood). Ich bin dann aber ÃŒber ein paar Berichte zu schlechten Erfahrungen mit Bestellungen direkt bei BetaFPV gestoÃen. Daraufhin habe ich etwas intensiver recherchiert und festgestellt, dass im Internet fast ausschlieÃlich sehr schlechte Bewertungen zu BetaFPV zu finden sind und emfpohlen wird bloà nicht direkt dort zu bestellen.
Hauptkritikpunkte sind, dass insbesondere, wenn man auch Akkus bestellt, die Bestellung per Schiff transportiert wird und deshalb ca. einen Monat dauert und dass der Support sehr schlecht sei.
Da ich es mit diese Bestellung nicht eilig hatte, habe ich am 02.11.25 trotz allem bei BetaFPV bestellt (auch diverse Akkus). Einen Tag spÀter bekam ich eine Mail von BetaFPV, in der ich darum gebeten wurde zu bestÀtigen, dass diese gröÃere Bestellung tatsÀchlich von mir ausgelöst wurde und so gewollt ist. Dies habe ich getan und einen weiteren Tag spÀter bekam ich die Benachrichtigung, dass meine Bestellung verschickt wurde.
Am 18.11.25, also gute 2 Wochen nach der Bestellung wurde mir das Paket von DHL ÃŒbergeben, fÃŒr eine Lieferung aus China also vollkommen in Ordnung.
Lange Rede kurzer Sinn, meine Erfahrungen mit BetaFPV sind durchweg positiv und aus meiner Sicht spricht Nichts dagegen direkt dort zu bestellen!
Terrible after sales service
I have a Pavo20 Pro with the 04 Air Unit Pro. I like the drone and then decided to get the Pavo Pico II for the 04 Air lite.
I purchased the Pavo Pico II drone which didn't include the 04 Air Unit, but four batteries. The drone came with a cage for the 04 Pro and the 04 lite; everything I thought I needed. When it arrived everything was there except for a mounting bracket for the 04 lite. Apparently, you don't get this little bracket with everything else, but it is essential for the 04 lite camera. Absolutely disgusting!!!
The worst part is trying to deal with them as you get no direct answers to your questions. For the sake of this bracket I will be returning the drone and never purchase from them again. There are plenty of other drones out there.

Bien que marquée comme "expédiée" le 31 août, le suivi montre que le colis est toujours à l'entrepÎt du vendeur ("at the shippers warehouse") depuis le 1er septembre, soit depuis une semaine. J'ai envoyé un e-mail au service client il y a 3 jours pour demander des explications et je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. Je suis trÚs déçu par ce manque de communication. J'attends une action rapide de votre part.
My experience with meteor 65 pro and betafpv...
I received my new Meteor about 4 weeks ago (it took around 3 weeks to arrive).
First of all, I never write reviews or share my thoughts on products... â I usually just move on and let it go. But for $200, I have to share my extremely bad experience.
What I received was a faulty O4 unit â everything is blurry from both the O4 Air Unit and the VTX. It seems that the lens was faulty straight from the box.
So I contacted support. They absolutely refused to help me properly, asking me to either contact DJI myself or pay return shipping fees for a defective drone, then wait another 2 months (or more) just to receive a replacement â which could also be faulty. (Those fees are about 50$ for china)
BETAFPV support is a disgrace. After a few emails reporting the issue, they completely stopped replying and no longer bother answering any messages. Now Iâm stuck with a $200 drone I canât even use, which also took forever to arrive.
BETAFPV feels like a scam â they ship faulty units and wonât replace them.
If youâre ready to gamble $200, go ahead. But this terrible experience with BETAFPV will definitely be my last.
Iâve been flying FPV for a long time and own over 6 drones from different brands and homemade ones. I have to say that BETAFPV is by far the worst when it comes to product quality and after-sales service.
