Amazing people
They went above and beyond to deliver my same day order

The company goes out their way, to reach me when they have a problem to contact the receiver, a nice lady called me verified the phone number, asked me for additional phone number and my package delivered as I needed.

Delivery was on time, as in the picture and the constant update was just great.

Beteseb Gifts' unwavering commitment to punctual deliveries sets them apart from other delivery services I used previously, like Sodere. Even with my last-minute orders, they consistently ensure prompt delivery, proving their reliability and dedication to customer satisfaction.
They consistently surpass my expectations with the freshest and highest quality goods. From fruits and vegetables to other fresh products, the quality has always been exceptional, exceeding my expectations.
The courteous and responsive customer service team deserves special recognition. They consistently go the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction; on one occasion, there was payment confusion, but valuing me as their customer, they solved the issue promptly.
Ordering and delivery are seamless with Beteseb Gifts, making my life significantly easier. I trust that I can rely on them for hassle-free, timely delivery of fresh products, which is incredibly convenient for my family.
Throughout my two years of using their service, has maintained a high standard of quality and service. Consistency and reliability are rare to find in Addis Ababa, especially when it comes to these types of services.
