I found your business while I was searching on Google and when I checked your website the first thing I saw was your tutorial. It showed that you had a variety of cakes, but when I went to order, it only showed one cake. I was about to leave the site when I saw a live chat was available. I wanted to try it even though I wasn’t sure if any one would be available, because in Addis Abeba the time was about 4:00 am. To my surprise, someone named Rahel responded. She was so professional & she had the patience to answer all of my questions. The cake was delivered on the day I wanted and got with a recorded confirmation from the person who received it and that was nice.
