They are blocking your money
The worst sports betting broker. They are blocking your money for now reason when you want to transfer it between the wallets. Their explanation is:
" 6.6. The internal transfer between products and product to wallet may be subject to extended processing times due to internal company decisions or operational requirements, without this constituting any liability or breach of these Terms." and they respond to you with automated emails that don`t help you in general.
If they want - they can block any amount in your account without a reason and your money will stay blocked forever. I would not recommend to use this broker.

WARNING/ADVICE NEEDED: BetInAsia withholding $122k USD - Refusing ADR & Ignoring Responsible Gaming Laws.
Looking for advice. In February I joined BETINASIA. As a idiot I trusted Gemini who said they were safe and reliable. Lost 9k on a bet, figured this was not for me and asked to withdraw my funds. This is not one of those stories where I won a bunch looking for book mistakes or arbitrage or anything. I just wanted my money back, something they said they do on their terms and conditions for a 5% cost. They absolutely refused.
Told them I had a gambling problem (Which I probably do losing 9k) as their policy is to shut down your account and return your money in 48 hours. Instead they just went radio silence for 28 days. I got a single email saying they are working on it 2 weeks ago, and more radio silence. Every time I politely ask their live chat for their mandated ADR 3rd party mediator they just close down the conversation. Has anyone gone through this before, any advice would be greatly appreciated as I've been locked out of my account with no communication for 3 months.
Anyone smarter than me doing research before opening up an account, Id ask who their ADR 3rd party mediator is before joining and if they refuse to answer you consider if you really want to do business with anyone who wont answer. Has anyone who uses them gotten a response from their compliance team lately? I know people used to swear by them, but if they won't even tell you who their 3rd party mediator is, it feels like you're basically giving your money to a black hole.
Any advice at all from anyone would be greatly appreciated.

Withdrawal process is incredibly complex. had to go through KYC three times. and now that KYC is complete, they are blocking my transfer because they enforce huge minimum amounts for crypto transfers.
I am exploring avenues to go through legal action. not because of the trivial transfer issue.
But because they lure you in with false advertisement (possibility of placing bets through their APIs) and once you are in and have funds transferred, they tell you the services is discontinued.
their customer service is incredibly fast and incredibly useless. they are clearly trained and told not to help customers

SCAM. Took my money, locked me out, and ghosted me.
I registered and deposited $50 USD on March 24. Within hours, my account was locked. No warning, no explanation, no email — nothing. Just locked out.
I contacted live chat THREE times begging for help:
March 24: "We can't help here, email only." Fine. I waited.
March 25: Exact same script. "Email only." Still no email from them.
March 29: Agent told me I can't log in without KYC, said to use email, then DISCONNECTED the chat on me.
So let me get this straight — you take my deposit, lock my account, tell me three times to wait for an email that NEVER comes, and then hang up on me? That's not "customer service." That's theft with extra steps.
$50 is sitting in an account I cannot access. No one will help. No one will respond. No one will refund.
If you're reading this: do NOT deposit a single cent here. They will take your money and make it impossible to get it back. This company is a disgrace.

Same as many users, made another deposit and all of a sudden has to submit the KYC process. After sending multiple pictures of ID( a lot not accepted for a variety of false reasons) I noticed my account was locked.
I have money in my account and can’t access it, wouldn’t mind I’ve made a loss on the platform and they still have my other deposit. Contacted them a number of times and still being told they are looking into it.
Really would stay away at all costs, very very disappointing

Poor transparency in rollover
I deposited $194 on 12 March. A $119.99 bet was placed on 13 March, but support said it didn’t count — without proof or timestamps.
Based on my records, I had already wagered ~$187 at odds ≥1.5, yet I was told much more was required. Because of this, I had to place extra bets unnecessarily.
After I pushed for exact details, they suddenly marked rollover complete — with no explanation.
Also, during withdrawal there is no clear display of remaining wagering, unlike transparent platforms.
Overall, poor transparency and inconsistent handling.
Be careful.

Suspicion of Systematic Manipulations and Selective Voids of Winning Bets
I am a bettor with several decades of experience in the industry. Over the years, I have worked with almost every major brokerage platform, but I have never encountered anything like this! Initially, my experience with BetInAsia BLACK was positive — for 4 months of play, everything was perfect, with not a single voided bet. However, the situation changed drastically: as soon as I overlooked one returned (voided) bet, the voids suddenly started happening on a systematic scale.
Why this points to deliberate manipulation by the broker:
Question of Synchronicity: A logical question arises: Why were there zero voids during 4 months of play, and suddenly everything changed, with voids pouring in from different bookmakers?! How is it possible that independent providers suddenly started failing precisely when my profit became consistent?
The Deposit Ceiling: I noticed a disturbing pattern: I was no longer allowed to let my balance rise above my initial deposit. As soon as I reached a profit margin, I was immediately grounded by these confiscations. The platform acted as a hard cap on my growth — any amount exceeding my deposit was instantly targeted and voided under the guise of returns.
Selective Hunting for Winnings: Not a single losing bet has ever been voided. As a professional, I understand that when technical issues occur exclusively on profitable trades after a long period of play — it is not a coincidence, it is a conscious correction of the player's balance.
The Manipulation with Pin88: BetInAsia support assured me that the issue was specific to Sing2. I disabled this provider following their advice, and on the very next day, the voids started on Pin88! I must emphasize: Pinnacle (Pin88) in the professional market does not provide voids for winning bets after the event has concluded. This is an ironclad fact. Therefore, these winnings are disappearing on the BetInAsia side.
Deliberate Ignorance of My Proposal: I directly suggested to the broker: if these bookmakers are indeed fraudulent, stop cooperating with them so as not to compromise your clients. My request was completely ignored. It is evident that it is profitable for BetInAsia to maintain such gray zones to use them as a cover for confiscating winnings.
Contradictory Statements from Support: On March 6th, they officially admitted in writing that they were experiencing technical issues with the settlement of bets on the BLACK platform. Yet, by March 7th, they abruptly changed their story, claiming they are not involved and it is a bookmaker's decision. This shift is a blatant attempt to evade responsibility.
In my extensive experience in betting, I have seen a lot, but I have never seen such blatant misappropriation of winnings! Your success here is nothing more than an illusion of security. The broker manipulates results post-factum. Even playing in Pin88 will not protect you from BetInAsia's internal interference.
I have screenshots of all my bets and the full chat history with customer support. I am ready to provide all these proofs upon request to verify my claims and resolve this issue.

BetInAsia: A Sophisticated Scam Cloaked as a Brokerage.
Your reply is a blatant lie and a disgrace to the industry. Let’s be clear: You are not a "middleman"; you are a facilitator of theft. "No authority to influence"? That is pure gaslighting. You choose the providers. You integrate their API. You take my money. You profit from my turnover. Therefore, you are 100% responsible for the integrity of the settlements. If your platform allows for winning bets to be voided systematically while losing bets are kept, it is a rigged scam, not a betting service.
You are selling a fraudulent product. By refusing to settle these bets, BetInAsia is effectively pocketing the funds under the guise of "bookmaker decisions." This is the definition of a "bucket shop" operation.

Odds Discrepancy: The market price (world trade sites) was 3.50, the interface showed 1.11, and the bet was "confirmed" at 1.36.
I am calling them out on their own Rules & Terms, specifically:
Clause 11.3: Which states that in the event of a technical malfunction, the operator has the right to void bets. Since I have provided screenshots showing the system couldn't even decide if the odds were 1.11 or 1.36 for the same Bet ID, this is a textbook "technical malfunction."
Clause 11.5: Which they are trying to hide behind to avoid liability, yet they conveniently ignore that a malfunctioning system cannot produce a valid, binding contract between the player and the bookmaker.
By ignoring these clauses and refusing to void the bet, BetInAsia is selectively enforcing their terms to the detriment of the customer.
Ghosting Support: Agent and the support team have completely stopped responding once I requested a Deadlock Letter for legal escalation. They are actively obstructing the dispute process.
If they are not following their rules, any other discussion is unnecessary.
If you value your money and want a system that provides stable data, stay away from BetInAsia and their Sharp Exchange.

Withdrawal Should not be this hard
I set up a BIA account a few years ago, deposited some money, bet away not really winning or losing much. For the last few months I have barely bet with them so thought I'd withdraw my 115 euro yesterday.
First I was asked to confirm my identity by sending them a bank statement, which I did. I was then told I could proceed with the withdrawal, so I tried to withdraw to my bank. As I did, I received no notice that the withdrawal was unsuccesful. There was an email that said Hello ******, no content, then kind regards.
Thinking this must be some automated email, I ignored it.
So today, I contacted them to be told that because I had depostited with Skrill, I must now withdraw with Skrill. It was 100 euros and it was annoying, but what can you do?
Then no matter how many times I tried to withdraw it led me to a page saying I could only have one tab open, even though I only had one tab open. So I was advised to delete all my browsing data and try it incognito. OF course that didn't work either.
So I was told to use a different device, and hey presto it worked.
Withdrawing money, especially the paltry sum I was withdrawing should not be this hard. I would advise ANYONE, be they a big bettor or a little bettor like me, to only deposit as you need to.
Also, I wouldn't be taking any sign up offers. The rollovers take a lot of time if you're a recreational punter like me.
