Pinnacle is good, but it doesn't offer any bonuses, whether monthly, daily, or weekly, and it doesn't include any system

I’ve been a loyal Pinnacle client almost since their inception, maintaining a consistent betting volume of over $100,000 per month ($1.6M+ annually). I am writing this to share a concerning experience regarding a bonus dispute.
The Issue:
Despite my long-standing history and high turnover with the platform, Pinnacle has refused to credit/pay out a bonus I was eligible for.
Key Details:
Account Status: Active for years, high-volume VIP-tier turnover.
The Conflict: "Denied due to technicality".
Support Response: I have contacted support multiple times, but the resolution has been unsatisfactory/denied without a clear breach of terms on my part.
I’m sharing this not to vent, but to warn other high-volume bettors that even a $1.6M/year turnover doesn't guarantee fair treatment when it comes to promotional terms at Pinnacle.

I made a first review for pinnacle very good experience and got banned 2 days after for absolutely no reason .. i asked them if i had 2 account before opening the one that i’m using and they say everything is fine .. i won made a 1600 withdrawl and they closed my account saying i have 2 account 🤦🏻‍♂️they took 2 mind to close it for no reason now i’m asking to get it back its been 3-4 days

Yes, it is a terrible site. I deposited $100 to play for the first time, then lost and deposited $200. They immediately asked for address verification and asked me to send documents such as Internet bill, bank statement. I immediately sent such documents, but they kept refusing even though they clearly stated my address as in my ID, the bill was downloaded from my Internet provider in my country and could be checked online. It was ridiculous because all the previous bookmakers I played with accepted those documents, but they did not. The customer service staff answered very generally.
If it wasn't for the fact that I deposited $200 and wanted my money back, I would have left immediately. A troublesome bookmaker, sports betting only has a few matches. I am very disappointed. I advise anyone who intends to play here to stay away. Most bookmakers will hate you if you win them and try to cheat to steal customers' money.

It's a complete abuse that you have to bet three times the deposited balance to be able to withdraw, in no betting house is this like that, so I don't recommend it at all.

Pinnacle/PS3838 voided my fully settled winning bet (play 100eur Win €27.30) after 1 hour, citing an “incorrect line”. Odds of 1.273 on an Over‑3 Asian Handicap were perfectly normal given the situation (match was end 3‑2). They void only when bettors win—no fairness. I closed my account. No chance to get your money back if you win, they just want you to loose. CHEATER

Been on Pinnacle for a while, and while the odds are top tier, the platform itself lacks polish. The bet slip is clunky, and navigating different markets can be slow. No issues with deposits or payouts though, and you can bet big without getting flagged. I started using Vodds mainly to streamline things - it pulls in odds from pinnacle to other sharp books into one dashboard, so I dont have to log into many sites. That one-wallet-system means a lot to me I can place bets across different books without juggling balances. Its not the slickest interface either, but its not a big help if you are trying to compare lines fast or run a volume-heavy strategy.

Just ordinary scammers. I worked with their affiliate program and brought them $3,000. When it came time for payment, they claimed that if one player generated most of the profit, they could decide how much to pay—if anything at all. Naturally, they didn’t bother explaining how I was supposed to influence how much players deposit. And of course, they chose to pay $0. I've never seen a clown show like this before. Shameless and crooked company.

I’ve been trying to make my first withdrawal from Pinnacle for over a week now, and despite submitting valid documents (bank statement and utility bills), they keep getting rejected with no specific explanation.

The documents were approved by the automatic verification system, but later rejected manually. I've resubmitted everything multiple times. My Skrill account is verified, the withdrawal shows as "pending" for a moment and then nothing happens — the money remains in my balance.

Support has been very vague, just repeating that my documents are "not accepted", without telling me what’s wrong. I’ve asked for a clear reason or at least guidance on what’s missing, and still nothing.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially from a company that promotes itself as professional and trustworthy. I’ve now submitted a complaint to the Curaçao gaming authority and I will keep sharing my experience publicly until this is resolved.

If anyone from Pinnacle is reading this, I’m still open to a solution — but I expect transparency and respect as a customer.

Shady company. Fees for withdrawal that are unclear, slow withdrawal time. Wont let me withdraw the decimals, if you have 245,9 for example you can only withdraw 245. Dont deposit to them without a clear plan.
