I've used B5 over time. Originally I bought a number of online videos directly as one offs to go in my library. Last year, I took up a $150 approximately offer to have unlimited access, but I found I just didn't use it. Recently, Better 5 renewed the membership without giving any notification. Pleased to say that on emailing them telling them I wanted to cancel the accounts and get a refund, they responded immediately.
1. First they offered me a discount
2. Then when I asked, without any problem at all, they refunded the full amount
The videos I've used I thought were pretty good, and I'm very pleased at the excellent service. Although I do feel that any company renewing a subscription should notify you first.

To be honest, this is not what I expected to receive from this company. I don't think it suits me

I really liked the classes but customer service is very poor. They list an email only (there is no phone number .I have an extensive Library which I purchased but I am no longer able to access my courses. I have sent two emails asking for help and have not received a response.

I love Better5! The exercise teachers are knowledgeable and easy to follow.

I paid my money and did 1class I can’t find the class to take the next class all I’ve given you is my email please let me know how to access class Thanks

This is fantastic, worldwide corporation that strives to help seniors enjoy their golden years. Easy programs and fantastic support. All classes can be previewed prior to purchase! Another reviewer posted that she was hit with recurring charges. That is false and should be removed! You purchase, which is a one time charge, and you own it for life! BetterMe has recurring charges, not Better5! Please correct! This is a fantastic and beneficial company with fantastic, accredited instructors and responsive customer support. You can't go wrong with Better5!

Very clear instructions from tutors who know their stuff and have obviously thought out ways of explaining clearly.

I have No idea how this Company obtained my Paypal account, There has been a withdrawal from my account which was not authorised and or agreed to! This is another scam as I would never have signed up to anything like this in the UK let alone the US . I have cancelled any further Paypal payments but they are now asking for copy of the original payment>>>>> I have NO information on this. They are being pedantic and I would like to know how they got my information. Beware!!!!

I can not get into any lessons but of course the payment went thru.

So far it hasn’t been good! I ordered an exercise program on FB and my charge account notified me of a recurring charge. I didn’t intend to consent to any recurring charge!

I ordered this in April and have never received the download! I can not get any response from them!

I did NOT get to complete the course .
I tried to start it again after knee replacement surgery and it said I completed course which I did not! Very unhappy!!!

I have found Better5 very good to deal with. They keep to their word about giving a refund if you don't like a class you bought. I love doing the exercise classes, they make you feel good. My favourite coach is Maria, she is easy to follow along with.

Although I was looking only at the dvd offerings, when I placed my order, the download version was on it. I immediately clicked on their "live support", which was not live, but promised a response in 48 hours. No response. I have not accessed the downloads in hopes of getting the DVDs. I have again contacted their "live support" (again dead) and emailed their customer service email. Haven't found a phone number yet. Not a great start.

Can't make head nor tails out of this mess. What did I buy? There is just too much stuff on here. Don't know where to begin!

These videos are great for those with limited mobility or anyone who hasn’t exercised in a while. Very easy to follow along with and the workouts are gentle yet effective. So far I have loved every video that I’ve purchased!

Amazing Customer Service. Despite fears of being scammed this team went above & beyond to resolve my download issues. I am now up & running & motivated to go.

I have bought many classes...some I haven't started yet but others I have done several times and like to dip in and out of my favourites depending on how stiff I feel. I love it that you buy the courses at such a reasonable price and have them for life. The trainers are very good and instructions are clear. I just got to get myself in line as I really see the benefits of doing the classes at least 3 times a week.. but often get out the way and can't believe how stiff I get when I miss.

I finally retired at 76 and found I was sitting and no exercise. So I decided to try Better 5 and I love their classes. Best thing I have done in a long time. Thank you Better5!

Age 72 with knee problems I had to discontinue my normal Pilates classes. Now I do 3 Better 5 chair classes each morning for a total of 30 minutes and am quickly regaining some of my strength and balance. Great job Better 5!
