Excellent class-excellent instructor. Good instructions, clearly demonstrated, well paced for a good workout. Like so many things in life you get what you put into it and the instructions are there for a good workout. Class is well described in the outline so you get what you expect to get.
my error fixed promptly
I recently made an error, purchased the same class twice and had accounts under 2 different e-mail addresses. Sent a message describing my problem and within hours they had credited me for the duplicated class and consolidated both of my accounts into one. You can't beat that kind of customer service.

10-Minute Pilates Course is Better
I find the 10-minute pilates much better. I feel more stretched and nimble after the 10-minute class than the 15-minut one. The instructor doesn't do as many exercises and is slower. Go with the 10-minute one instead. Sorry I wasted my money on this one. I thought it would take me a little further along, but does not.

I enjoyed the course. At 70 years old and with bad joints I found the instructions a little too fast for me, but it did improve as the the days progressed.
For once Iâm enjoying exercise
For once Iâm enjoying exercise! Mind you at a little over 80 I am finding some quite challenging, particularly the balance on one leg ones - and thatâs before the closed eyes and head movements! I do, however try to comply, so far with little success.

With arthritic knees,this was occasionally difficult but I found I was stretching as never before. Felt quite pleased with myself! Much more likely to do these routines than on my own in silence! Now to run these exercises again, and again......

Relaxing yet productive
This is a wonderful class. I have taken it several times and love it. Mel explains and demonstrates all moves thoroughly. It is very relaxing yet you feel that you are getting a good workout. Helps with balance.
Chair Pilates 1
This course was easy, but some things were a little hard to do. I like that you can take it over & over again. The instructor was easy to understand. Will be ordering more courses.
I'm 73
I'm 73, survived a motorcycle accident 4 years ago, but not without some repercussions. My balance was affected. But after 10 days of doing Chair Pilates, I can truly say I see a difference! I can't let go of the chair yet, but I'm going to keep this up. It's a definite improvement and I feel it will keep getting better. I think I will look into the chair cardio as well. Thank you!

I found the last two days a bit challenging, but overall enjoyed the exercises very much. I intend to repeat the 10 day course again, starting tomorrow and hopefully finding the final two days are not quite as hard as they were first time around. I am 86yo and suffer from CPOD so any exercise causes shortness of breath, but I will definately continue as it is a great way to makes the muscles work again, and with very little stiffness afterwards. Thankyou.

Shalanne is an excellent instructor! All the sessions are perfectly explained and guided in detail offering modifications according to what your body can do that day. Great for mind and body!
A great -lace for seniors to recover their strength and confidence
Great job. At last some one who takes strength and balance work for seniors seriously. And understands that we are active and strong people too who want and love to do the things we did when younger.

Love the chair exercises
At my age (72) playing pickleball is a social as well as a physical time for me. Injuring my knee has been a bummer, but doing the exercises w/ Dr Ben has been awesome. Pain is now minimal if any - unless I overdo. Which means no pickleball for me yet. :-(. Apparently, that is overdoing...... sigh. I gravitate to the chair exercises as I do not like doing anything on the floor.
