Do-able even though Iâm Disabled
These classes are reasonably priced and mainly well done. As a person with disability/chronic illnesses, I am particularly please with the classes by Dr. Ben Stevens as they are short and do-able for someone with limitations. I like how he also explains what muscles and bones are involved and what you should and should not feel. It is very hard for someone with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and other issues to find classes I can actually do. I do wish they would list all equipment needed in the class descriptions (they are working on it) as I found myself ordering things every couple days. There are not many things needed and they are not expensive, I just had to order like 4 separate times as I got to each new class.

I am having a hard time doing the workouts as I get very short of breath while doing them. Also, my legs get very weak. I would like a refund on all of my videos please.

My friend and I have been doing Brent's chair-assisted exercises to build strength and balance for two weeks now. We meet three times a week and do each level twice before advancing. The pace is just right for us--it seems simple, but we break a sweat & can see improvement. I look forward to continuing and to exploring other exercise sequences.

A More Flexible Life.
I enjoyed the experience. Because I have had no experience of pilates, I will do the ten lessons again as there some exercises I found difficult. Excellent instructor.

I have found muscles I didn't know IâŠ
I have found muscles I didn't know I had and managed to make better use of the ones I have through flexing/extending etc. I have signed up for a number of sessions to fit in with my personal needs. Brilliant instructors, always positive and smiling and I can use the various programs anytime I want to. An early morning warmup or give the body a bit of a workout at the end of the day. Thenk you for the programs that really fit into my lifestyle and just what I need at my age. :-)

This series of exercises meets my needs as an active senior. I particularly like that they are short 10-15 min a day is easy to fit in. The targeted organization allows me to concentrate on whichever areas of my body I feel need some attention. The exercises are clearly described and demonstrated.

I have done quite a few of these and have found them all beneficial. I really like how I can do then anytime and redo them. My favourites are the ones with instructor Maria Riatt and wish I could find more of hers.
Getting Physical.
Have taken part in a number of Better 5 Classes and have enjoyed them immensely. I love that classes can be done in the comfort of my own home with minimal equipment needed. Best part is I can do classes as many times as I wish.
Better 5 classes have been a windfall during our extended lockdown!
