I purchased the âGentle Lower Body Strengtheningâ class because Iâve lost a lot of strength in my legs because of my age & less activity because of the pandemic. I very much enjoy the class. Thereâs good instruction, modifications if youâre having problems, & someone to watch doing the exercises. And the best part? My legs are already feeling better after just a week. Iâll definitely be investigating other classes available.

Great Exercise Courses For ALL Bodies
I just recently started using a few of their programs. I really like that they explain everything and they don't rush you through each step. I also really like the instructors, too. The only thing I don't like (and this is very frustrating) is that they don't have a phone number you can call. You have to send an email and the response time is too slow). Everything else is EXCELLENT. They really thought out what type of courses to offer and they tell you if each course is for a beginner, easy or moderate. It also lists on each course's page whether you will need to do some of the exercises on the floor or if all the exercises can be done standing or sitting on a chair and they let you know if you need anything special like hand weights or stretch bands. Not all courses need any special equipment. They offer a money back guarantee. Again, these are great programs and certainly worth the money.

I enjoyed these exercises. The instructor clear on directions. She spoke in a calm, slow, manner and talked only about the exercise in front of us. Each day was doable. I had to modify parts of day 5 because I could not get on the floor. I really enjoyed the brevity of each class.

Great program! My hips and core feel stronger and will be good for people looking for a more stable walking and moving experience. I didn't give it a 5 star, which is no fault of the program because I have other problems to address with an injury and stiffness and I am working on that, but for the greatest share of people this will help you to strengthen your core and release your hips.

I have loved every day of this course and try to complete one every day. I am 57 and have 2 new knees and I cannot get on the floor so this course is perfect for me. I found this very beneficial, although there were several I could not do. I am going to keep trying, tho! Having neuropathy made some of the leg exercises too difficult, but I do as much as I can, and plan to do this course over and over!

I loved the 10 day chair yoga class with Melanie. It was very relaxing and positive. I have OA and Psoriatic arthritis and I am feeling more limber. I will continue to do the yoga and I am interested in some of her other exercises.
Wakes up my morning routine
I signed up on a whim. And vowed to stick it out this time as I have signed up foe other classes elsewhere and never even opened the website. This has been a wonderful experience, one that I am determined to continue. As soon as I here the lilting background music, I am smiling inside and I hear it in my head as I continue my morning routine after the simple but effective exercises are done for the day. I have also signed up for new classes that I am starting today on meditation and sleep. The programs are simple and straightforward with friendly instructors and offering to allow for skill building. I feel more confident in my balance after only a few lessons.
