The worst lender in the country, they will not accept a partial settlement but rather coerce you into supplying bank statements and payslips. They have stopped their online portal. Their support is the worst. If I could rate it negative, I would. This company is predatory and it's a disgrace this is allowed in England.

Better borrow have been reporting incorrect information about payments being missed when they was not. Multiple emails and no response. Terrible communication. This is damaging my credit report. However they don't seem to bother or rush when dealing with queries.

COMPLETELY DESTROYED MY CREDIT RATING!

I was out of work whilst in hospital after a severe heart attack. Despite communicating this to BetterBorrow and providing them with time frames until I was back at work, they still defaulted me and sold the debt on after 3 months regardless of my situation.

I complained twice, yet they refused to accept my offer of payments clearing all arrears, were totally rude and blunt with me and offer no help or sympathy.

COMPLETELY DESTROYED MY CREDIT RATING

I've had one or two issues in contacting them recently. But when I did they resolved my issue very quickly and without quibble. Always found them reasonable to deal with. And the person I chatted with was very professional and friendly.

Disgusting live chat absolutely no help tried to pay off a loan with better borrow this morning apparently I can't as the settlement figure I have has changed due to a payment being made a day or so ago "their unable to give me a new settlement figure until the other expires" . Now I have to wait for checks to be made before the company will email me details of my new settlement figure and their bank details to which I should pay !!!
Finally "YOU ARE CHARGED A FEE TO REPAY YOUR LOAN OFF EARLY MINE IS AROUND £45 ON TOP OF MY BALLANCE ! WHEN I CAN ACTUALLY PAY THE THING OFF THAT IS !!!

Made a request to amend my Direct debit, changed in minutes.
