Yu energy transferred my gas supply for…

Yu energy transferred my gas supply for no reason at all.
I have emailed multiple times and tried to call with no answers. I am a domestic user so why they have taken over the meter I don't know. No explanations and no clarification on this being sorted. Absolute terrible customer service.

British gas closed my account and moved…

British gas closed my account and moved my gas supply without any knowledge to myself. I did my request this and can not get through to anyone to see what's going on.each time I call the advisor cuts the call off. I have tried to speak to an online agent. I have been told my supplier is Yu energy and and British gas didn't close my account. Absolutely terrible customer service. Someone that knows English and what they are doing would be useful!!
Tried to call again.. yep the call was dropped again. Apparently another supplier may have taken my account by mistake. No idea on final ready British gas have used.

Better borrow have been reporting…

Better borrow have been reporting incorrect information about payments being missed when they was not. Multiple emails and no response. Terrible communication. This is damaging my credit report. However they don't seem to bother or rush when dealing with queries.

Incorrect information being reported.

I took a reduced payment option last year due to other personal circumstances and they agreed after 3 month to extend the loan and the loan would then show as normal again and upto date on credit file. Unfortunately they have reported missed payments when actual payments have been made which is affecting my credit score. Numerous attempts to which they they have not investigated ot corrected 4 months down the line. Be nice to be able to speak to someone instead of emails late at night. And someone actually helpful. Destroying my credit with incorrect information.

This company keeps leaving me recorded…

This company keeps leaving me recorded messages saying I owe Scottish Power money. I don't owe the money. Tried to email there info email, contact us email and now Complaints email.
Absolutely terrible company. Can't even be bothered to actually ring someome just ring with a recorded message to ring them... be nice if they actually replied and advised of what they was chasing... can we just tell them they us money due to their incompetence. Terrible company. Scottish Power ain't much better.

Recently bought a car and the warrenty…

Recently bought a car and the warrenty comes from this company. Had to have a repair done, got the claim agreed and was advised a refund would be sent. However to have to wait 30 days to get a refund is quite a wait. People do have bills to pay in the mean time. Been passed on from accounts to an admin email to make a complaint. But normal response time is 3 days. Staffing issues should be addressed. Evokution staff have been in contact and have now processed payment. Much appreciated. Quick communication.

Thank You for your review and Thank you for your prompt response to the additional information we requested.

The hold up was over a clerical error to do with VAT this is now resolved, thanks to your prompt response to the extra information required from yourself and I can now confirm the payment is on it's way.

The 30 days is how long you the customer gets to submit all the paperwork we require for payment and not how long we take to pay. i've communicated back to the team they need to be clearer in their communications.

Having recently moved they firstly…

Having recently moved they firstly tried to bill for period prior to moving. Having to ring twice to sort then they advised a monthly rate of £54 for a 1 bed flat for 1 person. Advised Wigan council set the rates. I spoke to wigan council.. no they don't set the rate. Now they say its £35 a month and they have made a negative impact on my credit report. Yes things got too much as when I moved this was die to domestic abuse I ahve to seel so I did take a breather as I couldn't cope dealing with another corporate stupid company. We are people not just a number remember that and the damage you do being corporate plc.

I received an email over the weekend to…

I received an email over the weekend to advise I hadn't been successful on my application.
However I have not made an application for car finance. I have emailed them 3 times to ask on the fraud against me and how people can apply using fraud. NO RESPONSE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. FRAUD IS BEING IGNORED

I had a loan with asset link capital

I had a loan with asset link capital. However after making a settled figure 2 weeks ago they are now saying I owe money. At point of making settlement figure they advised the account was clear and all done. Absolute joke this is. Do not know what they are doing. AVOID.

Sale through purple bricks.

I was never told by purple bricks that this company would start to hassle me for Estate agents fees. I was told payment could be made on the sale completing. Not this company say they are attempting to take money before completion. Which I haven't got. Who has. So to add to the stress of selling tk escape domestic abuse I have to now add the stress of delaing with a company saying my credit agreement is running out. To which I asked what credit agreement. Oh you have none. How is this legal?? Why does purple bricks not inform clients this will happen. Awful. They won't talk to purple bricks. Purple bricks won't talk to my solicitor. Terrible companies. AVOID.

Sale

Sale - from the start its been hard work. Once an offer was accepted i was told Luke G would be in touch weekly to support, unfortunately that hasn't happened. I signed the form to say i would use their solicitor i thought they must be decent, boy was i wrong. DO NOT USE PM LAW under any circumstances. Terrible.
I now have a company chasing me on money for selling the property, said a credit agreement was in place, i asked for credit agreement, they have none - Duologi. They wont talk to my solicitor to say payment will be made from proceeds. Purple bricks sales guy Gavin Southern wont talk to Duologi. Duologi wont talk to purple bricks. After multiple emails purple bricks have now responded to say i needed to ring theit head office i did do however after 30 options to get to a person this person ( who's English wasn't great). They could of been a politician and could provide me with an actual answer. For the money they are not worth it. Be careful.
