Answered questions, quick shipping, and as advertised.

Fantastic company with a fantastic product. I love that I was able to support a small, sustainable business. My purchase shipped and arrived quickly. The slippers are super comfortable, well made, high quality, and worth the price. Very happy with my experience from start to finish. I will cherish my slippers for years to come and repurchase from this company in the future.

Love my new slippers. Well made, comfortable and warm. I wear them constantly.

Exactly what I was looking for. Warm and cozy.

Super behagelige hjemmesko og en meget venlig og vejledende service fra ejerne.

Superb product and excellent service. Speedy response to emailed query and fast, efficient delivery to UK. Courier arrived within advised time frame, despite pressures caused by Covid and Christmas online shopping rush. First pair given as gift to delighted spouse, will be back to treat myself soon hopefully!

Rigtig fin service, hurtig levering og virkelig dejlige hjemmesko, som hele familien nu er udstyret med!

Nice quality, well made, should last a long time. The length of slipper is true to size. But, it is wide; granted, my feet are probably more narrow than most. Would like to find out if there's a way to shrink the width. Had to sew a wide elastic band on the cut slits so slippers are more snug. But the wool is amazing and thick, the soles look like they'll never wear out. And it's nice to think about the beautiful people who made them, the beautiful animals the wool came from and the land where they live. May they be happy, healthy and at peace. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

cozy, warm, ok to look at!

My daughter loved her slippers! I got to see her open them and they are just as pictured only even cuter! Thank you!

Very pleased with the house slippers. I would definitely recommend these to everyone!

Love the slippers. they keep my feet warm and best of all my feet dont sweat in them.

My husband and I are enjoying our slippers and wearing them inside and for short dry trips outside. They are sturdy yet light and mold to the shape of your foot. My husband has extremely wide feet and they fit him with no problems at all. The colors are vibrant and fun, brightening up the hallway and closet (and any outfit). I ordered a set for my brother's family for Christmas to use up at their ski cabin. Betterfelt's service is personal and prompt, as is the shipping. I highly recommend a pair or two!

Got these for my fiance and he has dubbed them his "feet heaters" and wears them all day every day since he's working from home - great gift!

This company is amazing! I emailed asking about a specific size and response was quick. They went and looked in storage for the size I needed for my kid and posted it on their page so I could purchase. My 4 year old absolutely loves his shoes. They’re super comfortable and amazing quality. Shipping was super quick to the US from Canada. Will be purchasing from then again!

Exactly what I wanted. Customer for life now.

I love my slippers! I wear them every day. Customer service is amazing.

Quality product. Great communication from owner

This was my third purchase and I am very pleased with the product. The staff is very helpful and personable which I appreciate. The small details they followed through on. I do earthing and want leather soles and the boiled wool is so comfortable summer and winter. Thank you Betterfelt North America!

I love my Betterfelt slippers! They are comfy, look great and they never smell (unlike my other shoes). When I first contacted them, they didn't ship to wear I live (Seattle) but they stayed in touch with me the whole time though great customer service and very quickly found shipping opportunities. I think everyone should be able to order them now!
