Good Business Ethics
I had purchased a trial subscription and was only ab;e to use it a few times. I was them charged for a full subscription which I could not possibly afford. Better Me refunded that charge in a very little time. For that I am grateful.

The exercices of the program are great. I really recommend this.

Verständnisvolle, nette Support-Mitarbeiter/innen
Nachdem ich versehentlich eine Mitgliedschaft abgeschlossen hatte, wurde mir durch ein paar E-mails
mit netten Mitarbeiter/innen vom Support aus dieser Situation geholfen und auch ein Teil des bereits von meinem Konto abgezogenen Mitgliedsbeitrages wieder zurückgezahlt.

After having some issues logging in to…
After having some issues logging in to my account, I contacted the support who managed to help me in just a couple emails and were very efficient.
I dont know yet about the efficiency of the app as I'm just starting the program but so the exercises were good and I definitely felt the muscles that worked after the sessions I've done.

Si je pouvais je mettrais moins 100 étoiles. Ils m’ont escroqué de 600€….
Je n’ai pas signé de contrat mais ils m’ont prélevé des petits montants imperceptible durant plusieurs mois. Jusqu’au jour où ils l’ont fait 3 fois en une journée et la …. Catastrophe que je fais les calculs et on arrive à 600€. Et pour avoir un remboursement….. on peut courir vite et loin rien à l’horizon

BetterMe completely changed the way I feel about my body and self-care. From the very first day, I felt supported, motivated, and empowered. The workouts are fun and effective, the meal plans are realistic (and tasty!), and the little reminders feel like a friend cheering you on.
