I decided not to continue the plan
I decided not to continue the plan, I was not able to log in and cancel and they took my money. Now they refuse to refund me, offering me some stupid other thing that I donât want. Classical draw-you-in then refuse to refund because of some bogus reasons. Customers should be able to request a refund without giving a reason. Donât do it unless you are able to part with $50.

I just didnât have time to start this program when I sighed up, I would have liked to, but recovering from 2nd time breast cancer I Iâhave been bombarded w doctor follow-ups, mri, and mammogram, grandchildren (thatâs a good thing!ð¥°)days after I signed up to this program, but needless to say customer service is excellent, responded to me immediately and cancelled any further chargers. I truly hope to try this program again because it looks really good!

Tilfeldigvis etter 5 mnd. oppdaget jeg at det var trukket to belÞp fra kontoen min hver mnd. Firmaet hadde ingen forståelse på klagen min og etter mye om og men skulle vi få tilbakebetalt ca Nok 1000,-. Ble anbefalt å sperre bankkortet. This programme is definitely worth trying to see if it suits you.
I tried this exercise program and found it enjoyable and effective. However due to outside circumstances I was unable to do it every day and had to stop after only 5 sessions.
The options given to extend the session were interesting and valuable.
The customer service of this company was excellent and refunded my second monthâs subscription due to my issues.

Due to seasonal activities, I had to temporarily cancel my membership to BetterMe Chair Yoga. Hope to pick it up again after the holidays. I had trouble navigating the on-line app and asked for customer service. They responded quickly and efficiently. I can't remember the last time customer service was so responsive so quickly.
