My sister told me about Better Nature and I decided to give them a try. The website is intuitive and clearly laid out; ordering was a breeze and my (very well packaged) parcel arrived a couple of days after ordering. I very much appreciated the instructions on what parts of the packaging was/wasnât recyclable.

I bought 3 pcs organic Tempeh, the packaging is fantastic, the cooling is great, but my advice is, because I am Indonesian, the texture and the taste is far away from Original Indonesian taste, In Indonesia, soybean split half, but better nature is much broken, the color is not white, in Indonesia is white.
but for western people, that's ok.

As we pasteurise our tempeh, unlike most fresh tempeh you buy in Indonesia, to ensure it lasts for longer and is safe to eat when kept refrigerated for awhile, the texture/colour will be a little different (though we do still use split soybeans!). Though a bit different, we've done the best we can to recreate the nutty taste and meaty texture of fresh Indonesian tempeh. We've got the seal of approval from our Indonesian co-founder Driando and our Indonesian team members, so hopefully in time we will get it from you too :)
