I really like the tempeh and Iâve nowâŠ
I really like the tempeh and Iâve now tried the mince for the first time. The multi pack I ordered should have contained some smoked tempeh, but they were out of stock. There was a handwritten note of apology asking them to get in touch if I wasnât 100% satisfied, which I did, but I havenât had an appropriate reply yet. The smoked is slightly more expensive, so I felt that replacing it with with ordinary tempeh was slightly less than satisfactory. I suggested a pack of the smoked (once it was available) as a gesture of goodwill might be nice, but they havenât acknowledged that. I really just wanted to try it and I might then put a regular order in for that as well. Other than this one issue, Iâm happy with the product and will keep buying it.

Thank you Better Nature Tempeh for your response explaining what happened and the confirmation the refund is being processed.

Not the fault of the supplier but the post office lost the package. Having contacted Better Nature to advise them of the issue they offered to send more products which I kindly declined and asked for a refund. However, since then Iâve had no follow up from Better Nature despite emailing them several times including through their website.
This is now the second or third request to review their product/service even though they know Iâve never received my package!
