Dr. Steve and Chris in Florida couldn't care less about your pet. Be forewarned. They care more about vacations, and days off work, instead of providing medical care. Besides the prices being hyper-inflated, my cat ended up at the vet hospital due to their neglect. Never again.

I suggest you to find vet folks who know how to handle with cats. Two ladies werent able to catch my cats. They scared my cats away by showing blanket or a bag. This is NOT stress-free. I had to pay the price that they didnt check on my cats physically, but looking at. She wanted me to order rx to calm cats down. Clearly, she doesnt know how to handle the cats, period.

I would've given it a 5 when it was BetterVet, now that it is bought out, everything is awful. No way to contact anyone. They still keep charging me monthly. They don't fill my pet scripts. Now, they dot even offer appts in my area and no easy way to cancel without calling my credit card. Awful merger experience with "the vets".

It was just great to have someone come to me and help me to take care of my cat Aubrey! They were very helpful. It’s just great to know that there are other people out there that do care!

Fabulous and knowledgeable! Baker saw Dr. Ann Sidley and her technician and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Doctor Sidley had more knowledge than my regular vet and I could tell she truly cared as she assessed Baker's health. Both were tender and patient with my old guy; I couldn't have asked for more. 10 Stars.

Dr. Coughlin and Catie the Vet Tech were fantastic! They took the time to talk with me about Lily's history and talked me through any concerns. Lily is a bit skittish as a rescue, but they were patient and able to get all her shots and microchip taken care of quickly without too much stress on her. The medication that they gave me to heal her eye worked wonders and Lily is feeling much better. I will definitely use Better Vet again!

STAY AWAY!! BEWARE !!! RUN!!! As a disabled veteran I feel like I deserve honesty and that’s what I used to get before they merged with another company. I was on a family plan that was $19/month for unlimited appointments and it made it so there was $0 for travel when vet comes to our house. now that they merged they are telling me they are canceling my plan and I have to pay $59/ month for 6 visits. this is a scam! they went from an amazing company with great people working there to a bunch of rude people who outsource their operators to India where you can barely understand them while they bend you over and tell you how nice they are while screwing you out of massive amounts of money. before this happened I brought 5 people with me to this com-any and now we are all leaving. Save your money and run away.

What a wonderful service. House calls for pets! So convenient. My pooch is family and we were concerned about her health. Dr. Jesse came right in and put us at ease. I highly recommend BetterVet!

Dr. Julia is absolutely amazing. Our home visit went beautifully thanks to her kind demeanor and impeccable care. Katie's gentle handling of our precious cat as she had blood drawn was very much appreciated. I could not have scripted a better experience for my very anxious little girl!

I can't say enough good things about this service. I was able to schedule a same day home visit for my 17 year old cat who had a bad ear infection. Dr. Tucker and Sam were kind, professional, caring, and wonderful with my cat, who doesn't like many people, especially strangers who want to handle her. They used various techniques to keep her still and safe in order to perform a full examination and provide appropriate assent and treatment. Their instructions to me were clear and concise. During the course of their examination they found another problem that I was not aware of and addressed it immediately. The day after the visit Sam sent me a an email with a comprehensive summary of all care provided during their visit as well as results of the cytology studies and detailed instructions for home care. I have already referred this team to two other cat owners I know who are in need of a mobile Vet service. So pleasantly surprised, and glad I found this service. Will definitely be using them in the

The person I dealt with on the phone was excellent! The Vet and his assistant were prompt, personable and professional. The explained everything and were very caring.

I was struggling to find a solution to a nervous cat that hates car rides and I found Bettervet. I was able to schedule exactly what our cat need which was an assessment of his quality of life. They gave him the kindest treatment and we didn’t have to cause him any distress with his age. Our cat is 20+ years old. They found pain and treatments that were topical versus a pill. We really enjoyed the Bettervet staff. I would recommend them to EVERYONE.

the vet and vet tech seem to really love their patients. my dog is not mobile enough to go to the vet for treatment so it’s wonderful to have someone who can come to the house to give her the injection she requires.

BetterVet is the very best. Not only convenient especially when you don’t have a car but such friendly high caliber service. The dr and assistant were wonderful. Gentle and kind answering any concerns I might have. Cannot recommend highly enough!!!Thank from me and Coco😁🐶❤️❤️

My most recent vet visit was a telemedicine visit. Just like my other experiences with in home vet visits, the vet was knowledgeable, friendly and caring. It was great that I could get a same day appointment and have my little one looked at (Zoom call) for a reasonable fee. The visit left me with piece of mind that my little one is healthy.

Dr. Rensema and his assistant, Adire (sp?), were professional and relaxed throughout the yearly exam of, Solo, our 90 lb Belgian Malinois. Solo remembered Bryan, (Dr. Rensema) from past visits, and quickly warmed up to Adire.
Bryan took care of a yearly exam, plus shots: rabies, septoperosis, etc.,.
Bryan is very considerate and caring toward our dog. can't ask for much more.

I have used Better Vet now for the last two years. Dr. Navatta. and his assistant are wonderful kind and patient with my cat. She’s very comfortable with them and the experience is always great. My kitty pearl gives them a thumbs up.
