Highly recommend
Dr. Coughlin and Catie the Vet Tech were fantastic! They took the time to talk with me about Lily's history and talked me through any concerns. Lily is a bit skittish as a rescue, but they were patient and able to get all her shots and microchip taken care of quickly without too much stress on her. The medication that they gave me to heal her eye worked wonders and Lily is feeling much better. I will definitely use Better Vet again!

Flawless experience!
Dr. Julia is absolutely amazing. Our home visit went beautifully thanks to her kind demeanor and impeccable care. Katie's gentle handling of our precious cat as she had blood drawn was very much appreciated. I could not have scripted a better experience for my very anxious little girl!

I had a wonderful experience with the Vet Dr Julia and her assistant . My cat was spared having to get in the car to go to the vet All of my questions and concerns were thoroughly addressed, and I received valuable advice about how to care for my pet. I highly recommend their services.

Absolutely best for shy pets
BetterVet has been the best solution for my timid cat. The veterenians and the technicians have all been wonderful, both in Massachusetts and in New Jersey. They know how to approach a shy cat. They ask and answer thoroughly. They’re super-equipped when they arrive. And the virtual option is also great for certain problems. The customer service team has also been caring and accommodating.

Having a vet come to my house reduced…
Having a vet come to my house reduced the stress for my cat. They were kind, gentle & very knowledgeable helping my cat. Very patient also.

Highly recommend
I wish I had called sooner. I needed a quality of life assessment on my 13 year old golden. The vet was caring and took her time. Discussed all options and came up with a good plan. Stress free for my dog and we were dispensed meds on site. Highly recommend.

Excellent service
Dr. Coughlin and Katie Reitz were very professional and understanding with my difficult cat. I’ve used BetterVet three times and would recommend to anyone that has doubts about home care.
