What I dislike about you is that the cash out takes too many days to pay and full amount are paid in small batches. This discourages customers and they look for alternatives betting sites.

The deposits of winnings to cards are terrible; they take 10 business days to arrive, and they never know when the deposit was made. Very unprofessional and unreliable. They should give you a receipt indicating when the deposit was made. That's why I won't play on that platform anymore.

Withdrawal takes time, gotta go through hoops for it, little to no actual reward benefits to the casino. No bonuses payout to be in your favor. There are just by far better places to play

Payout of winnings is not fair. If we lose our bets instantly, then the payouts should also be easy. But no, cannot get full payout, only get weekly small amount.
Would take a whole year to get complete payout.
Unbelievable.
Casino games are good, work pretty smoothly most of the time. Some games are locked out on bonuses, which is not fair.

Very terrible experience as well! I should have read these reviews before playing on this site. Several months have passed. I won a large sum of money. First withdrawal $2500, then reduced to $1000 and now reduced to $300! All at their discretion. Told me to play more so that it can increase. I refuse to play again until I receive all my money that they are holding hostage. This company is a scam!

Betwhale is the sister site of Juicebet. Juicebet went out of business and stole many peoples cash when doing so. They had their link still up for a bit and when you clicked it, it took you directly to betwhale.
Betwhale personally has stolen over 1.5k from me and juicebet over 5k. Their communication is awful, their terms of bonuses are designed to steal your cash.
Horrible and knowingly scamming people.
