Betzone レビュー

Did not state in terms and conditions that wagering had to be on certain games to receive free spins, contacted to try and see if they could do anything just sent the same generic email over and over. Waste of money does not pay out at all stay away from.

Been chasing a withdrawal for over 2 days. Absolute joke of a firm.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE COWBOYS

Joined today and first bet I placed on a horse I won £460. Withdrew and expected to wait several days but pleasantly surprised that the money was in my bank account a few hours later.

Deposited £200 and and made 3x withdrawals of £400, £200 and £120.
Withdrew it yesterday, still pending.

Judging from the reviews of this place I might not be getting my winnings.

Will come back and change my review to a 4 or 5 star depending on how the withdrawal process goes

EDIT:
They processed the withdrawals of £200 and £400 but they canceled the withdrawal of £120 and didn't return it to my balance, I've emailed them. Will see what happens.

2nd EDIT:
They responded to my email within 3 hours and have re-issued the withdrawal which has gone through. Despite responding with a generic email that didn't answer what I asked in my original email I'll be changing my review to 4 stars, nice job betzone 👍🏼

Didn't honour my bet that won due to their error and said the correct odds were 10% of what they really should've been. But they wouldve been happy to take my money if it didn't come in.

They all getting bad now betzone and coral William Hill party casino gala 888dont touch them I stop all my account on all of then in a year lost about 9k and on got back out 2k over 15 monthly

I’ve never had a problem with this site they have always paid out

Just another terrible bookie with questionable morals.

Placed a number of bets with them which won and then I was subsequently ‘gubbed’ from all ‘sports promotions’ within a matter of days.

I accepted (like I had a choice…), however I did recently decide to do a casino promotion which was shown on my account - this promo wasn’t honoured even though my account was supposedly only restricted for ‘sports trading’.

Don’t touch them - many better bookies out there that actually honour their promos, i.e., Ladbrokes, Coral, Bwin, Betway, etc.

I can honestly say the 4&5 star reviews are completely bots or by the xompamy themselves, as everyone else has said its a shambles please dont waste ur cash there is better sites to play on i played with £200 and most i won was 40p 😂😂 this is how they make there money.

I’ve played many of sites this has got to be the worst. Spent over a £1200 on here returns or bonus on bass was terrible it took over £500 to get a bonus on £1 spin avoid.

Been betting here for a couple of years now and don't understand the negativity on some of the reviews. Received a welcome bonus as advertised and placing regular bets results in a reward zone free bet each week. No issues with withdrawals and quick to respond when I had a customer service query.

WITHDRAWAL HASNT BEEN PROCESSED STILL PENDING!!!!

The app is fun to play and win but having problem with withdrawal to poor I can't withdraw money

I don’t understand why there’s all these bad reviews.
I signed up yesterday having self excluded from many other casino sites and I had no problem signing up with betzone, they verified my account within an hour and I withdrew £100 another £100 and surprisingly just won £1100 on slots and I then thought maybe this is where they’ll block my account, but funds were in my account within half an hour!
I’ve no complaints.

Absolute scamming thieves. Cannot be trusted. Stay away from these criminals.

If i could rate it -10 i would

Betzone absolute garbage they would not let me deposit my money for today's racing at Newmarket

Never use these cowshits they are a bunch of scammers

Betzone is beyond garbage. Most betting site offers you to bet 10 or 20 and in return you get 40 or 50 bucks to play on sports. They had the same promo, but of course with a hidden agenda. All I’m gonna say is if you gonna try a betting website this shouldn’t be one of them. Go try another site. Their promotion is fake and they don’t give a rats ass. If I could give them a negative star I would but the app won’t allow me. Good luck everyone.

After being with you 6 months I finally got my first "reward"
10% bonus added to the 1st €20 on FGS in the man utd game last night. Hahaha
Your generosity knows no bounds does it??

How can they have any customers? What a cheap set up

No B.O.G is bad enough but I placed a bet on the horses only to find out there was no live videos of the racing
So I had to go to another bookie to watch the race
Embarrassing, won't EVER use again
