Betzone レビュー

Was told I needed to bet 10 X 10 bets to get a free 10
When I told them I had just bet 100 and that must qualify I got a snotty email telling me no. What a lovely attitude to customers
If they make such a fuss about giving a reward then I'm not interested.

Also no best odds guaranteed make it a bit of a joke. How can you not offer that in this day and age?

Don’t deserve any star completely rigged casino spent more than 1200 no bonus no win please don’t waste your money here I sent them email but the same standard reply avoid avoid avoid try video slot for good wins.

i wish i could write 0 £200 and no bonus avoid this site at all costs

First and last time using your site, awful no bonuses and no win over 40p laughable should be shut down!

Can confirm the other reviews about zero prospects of success on games are true I have not had 1 winning spin on their 20p roulette game ever I literally mean not 1 winning spin I don't think their is a calculator on earth what could work out the probability of this happening. I only wish the Gambling Commission would read genuine reviews from genuine people on here and close these terrible operators down to protect the public

I'm not happy. Not one bonus in 60 spins. You having a laugh at us.

So far so good second time playing had couple of wins/withdrawals hoping they go straight forward providing they do I've no complaints

The joining offer completely misleading .

Do not offer best odds guaranteed.

Avoid

Shocking company hope you get shut down soon deposited using bank debit card been using for sometime.with the same card tryed with drawing I couldn't because they said can only withdraw using PayPal. That's a load of rubbish. States front of your page what bank cards can be used.its because I started winning more amounts that's when you decided I can't withdraw. So I played my winnings out.then made a comment on trust pilot to let other people know.stay well clear 1star says it all.complete scammers.

Rigged casino, so bad three separate deposits, over 600 spins on various stakes. Not one bonus like many people wrote here the slots are clearly manipulated

Excellent customer service and very fast withdrawals, verification process was really quick.

Sign up and betting offers are dreadful when you look at the ts & cs. Bet €50 to get a €10 free bet (which they never give anyway). And their Cheltenham offers are stingy too: Bet €20 on a race and if it's 2nd by half a length get a whole €5 free bet. Just kinda stingy. Stick with the likes of Bet365/Skybet if you want decent offers.

Wouldn't say the slots are rigged as I did win on many of them but the payout vs main brand casinos in the UK for the same games is incredibly low.

My issue for the one star like others is mid bonus feature I got kicked out of my account and couldn't log back in due to being suspended. I received an email asking for KYC documents which were provided immediately and have not received a response despite multiple follow up emails and my account remains suspended.

I had a balance of £400 in my account, had just won a bonus feature (winnings of that unknown as I got kicked out as it loaded) and had over £400 staked on sports bets

All games are rigged I've reported this company along to gambling commission along with every recording of every spin I played I'll see them in court I'm going to ask them play real roulette do what there random machines do look forward to my day in court I'll keep all updates on here just to let everyone no I played today 23 rd February 2023 53 spins covering 14 numbers only 1 winning spin Ty bet zone greatly supports my claim against you keep up the good work

Absolutely robbing nothing else lost £700 in 3 hours, absolutely daylight robbery

Staff in shop are personable but useless at knowing who is self-excluded. I contacted their customer service about this and was ignored. Very poor company.

Terrible. They say they have BOG on some races. Ive done a fair few and not didn't get one. Their promo is rubbish and misleading. The only good thing is they settle bets quickly. There are way better bookmakers out there. I definitely expect BOG on all UK and Irish racing these days...no excuses. Also, the only way you can contact them is by email! No contact number or live chat. This won't last long if they don't sort it out!

Bet zone it’s ryno bet stay away 300£ in 10 min even no see the feature no have it 🤣🤣Thei deleted omg unbelievable

Stay away, i have bet over £200 in £10 bets over the last 2 weeks, they were supposed to give me a weekly promo as promised on their site but they never did, only looking for stupid excuses, no customer service or whatever total joke.

Do not use… Con site…. U have been warned
