Great customer service

I contacted Beurer after a heat pad failed 2 years after purchase (via Amazon).

There communication by telephone and particular by email was excellent, fast, helpful and resolved my problem straight away.

To have a replacement product being shipped out the next day was excellent service, thank you Beurer.

Jeg har længe haft en Beurer BF 700 som…

Jeg har længe haft en Beurer BF 700 som har virket som den skulle. Men lige siden at den nye app kom har der ikke været andet en problemer . Min vægt melder error og måler ikke fedtprocent og de andre målinger. Ja faktisk kun min vægt . Jeg har købt en ny vægt , og der er sgu de samme problemer !!!
Jeg ville virkelig ønske at jeg havde været herinde først , for jeg kan se at jeg IKKE er den eneste . Nu står jeg med to kropsanalyse vægte , og de analysere ikke meget , måler kun vægten , bmi.
Jeg er så frusterende . Og ingen mulighed for at sende den retur .
Tror bare at jeg dropper Beurer fra nu af .

I needed a replacement control for my heated blanket, I email customer service and had a response quickly and I was able to order a replacement controller the very next day and had it in my hands 2 days later, fast and efficient service

Very responsive

The controller for our electric blanket broke. When I contacted Beurer under the guarantee they were very responsive and upon inspecting the blanket (which I had to return) they sent a new one out.

Beurer IH55 is a really good nebuliser

Beurer IH55 is a really good nebuliser, light and silent. Though I wasn’t happy with the customer support. The seal on the top part got lost. It should be considered a defect as it’s not supposed to come off easily. The customer support only advised I should buy the whole new one year pack for over £50 while I only needed a seal ring.

Vægten lever ikke op til det der skrives om den.

Vægten er som sådan OK, hvis man blot vil se hvad man vejer og have det på din app, men den viser at jeg har 11,6 kg knogler og lige meget hvad jeg gør, kan det ikke ændres. Samtidig måler den ikke korrekt på de øvrige data, da den skriver at jeg har 39% væske i kroppen, hvilket er 10% under normalen.
Den anbefales ikke herfra ;-(

Excellent and quick help

Something was not working right with the device I bought. I sent an email asking if there was anything I could do to solve the problem and the solution came within hours and it worked. I'm very pleased with this service.

Extremely limited warranty

Extremely limited warranty on their products. I bought a EM 59 TENS machine, when the product works, it is great. However the electrodes broke within 50 uses or less. Given these cost over £20 to buy as spares, I was not pleased to learn these are excluded from warranty. At £0.40 cost per use I would say this is a very expensive item and Beurer clearly manufacture the electrodes to burn out in a short time frame so that they profit from selling replacement electrodes.

As electrodes are integral to the functionality of the TENS machine and are subject to wear and tear with regular use, they are designed to be replaced over time. Whilst they are therefore not covered by the manufacturer's guarantee, we assure you that our aim is to provide high-quality products that offer long-lasting performance.

Beurer hat uns enttäuscht. Sie versprechen ein Ersatzgerät zu schicken und was kommt????Genau das gleiche was wir hingeschickt haben. Es wurde nicht einmal Repariert, denn es funktioniert noch genau so blöd wie vorher. Niiiiiiie wieder Beurer. Es gibt Gott sei Dank noch andere Firmen. Da ist ein Stern 🌟 zuviel 👎👎👎👎👎

Great Service.
I bought a manicure set from Amazon and was disappointed to find a missing attachment.
I contacted BEURER and the sent a replacement accessory (also a couple of extras) immediately.
